WARNING - Waterfalls, Roaches, Bedbugs!
Business trip. Very friendly Manager Ms.Gracie and all Receptionists (Ms.Jennie, Ms.Roxanne, Ms.Hope, Mr.Ethan and the others). Unfortunately there is NO Internet / NO WiFi available in All areas of the hotel except in front of the Reception Desk only! It seems like the Wyndham Owners of the hotel do not have enough monies to arrange profesional Service Technicians to make a proper repair of the installation, or somebody just doesn’t care about us Customers… It is ridiculous as the Internet problem exists already since beginning of this year and not only since the last Hurricane as the Receptionists try always to explain in order to excuse the Owners… The rooms are not clean, especially the floors are dirty and not mopped, again have spotted Cockroaches and the worst thing - was bitten again by the Bedbugs (see photo attached). During heavy rains the water is leaking through the ceilings and accumulating on the floor. Not sure if all rooms are same condition, however the East Side Rooms for sure are affected! Food Breakfast is poor - only Waffle with sirup, few boiled eggs, yoghurt, toast bred, small jam, apples and coffee, tea, juice. Credit Card is charged sometimes twice and it takes quite a while until clarification of why this happened and finally to get the reimbursement. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this 180,- USD/day (weekends) Hotel or better to invest more monies to bring this place back to satisfactory condition! Good luck Ms.Gracie & Team!

Due to the hurricane 2 months ago, the room is still in disrepair. All baseboards areexposed with rusty nails as well. Very unsafe.

The rooms were filthy. Your feet got dirty walking on the floor. No ice. No cups. We got there at 3:30 check in is at 4:00. The only way to check in before that was pay 50.00 extra. Parking was an extra 15.00. Needless to say we will never stay here again.

One towel per person, had to swap dirty towel for a clean one, and had to go to office to do that. Charge guests parking?, even though Expedia advertised free parking, one grill for the entire hotel, on the opposite side of the hotel! Sent notice that they only clean rooms every 3rd day? Did not offer clean bed linens daily. And water damage was still very apparent in the rooms and bathroom baseboards, which is no big deal, but should get a discount of some sort. Costs just as much as it would without the damage to the hotel roof and rooms. No discount for guests parking?? Or discounted rooms that still had water damage?

the property had major damage to all rooms do to storms got in at midnight good not find other options internet and tv did not work all of the floor trim was peeled away from wall and laying on the floor one stairwell was damaged and closed off the elevator was damaged and out of order had to pack bags up to second level motel would not reduce the cost

Cheap Motel
I regret reserving this hotel by Wyndham. This may be the last time I’m staying with this chain. I had good experiences with this chain when I stayed in Alberta, Canada. The motel (I will not consider this as a hotel) has no elevator, limited WiFi and is of unacceptable conditions. I reserved the hotel for a night so I can be on time for my cruise. I ended up having to haul 2 big luggage to the top floor as there is no elevator. Although they offered to carry the luggage for me, there was no chance they can help me carry them back down in the morning as they will be busy checking guests out of the hotel. I am extremely surprised Wyndham actually rent out their room when it is still under renovation. The roof is covered with tarps and the vinyl baseboards in the room are not glued on. I was asked to sign an “ultimatum” of a 15 min time span to decide if I would like to continue with my stay in the hotel given the condition. By the time I hauled my luggage to my room, 10 mins have passed. Then i realized there is no WiFi as I’m on the extreme top floor and far away from their WiFi widthband zone. As I’m from out of town, I rely on WiFi as I do not have cellular service. 15 mins gone by fast and I had no option but to stay. Also, it was the night before my cruise so everyone can expect all hotels to be full. The lock for the room was hard to unlock and the thoughts of the unfinished baseboard made me feel filthy.

Considering they were still doing repairs after the hurricane, it was a decent place to stay. I would’ve suggested that they give people a discount on their rates in the future, due to the issues in all the rooms with the trim, falling off the walls and laying on the floor. Otherwise, the place was nice and convenient.

Although they were recovering from the ravages of Hurricane Beryl. The rooms were clean. The pool was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The stay was pleasant! My photos won't upload on here but will be in my review on Google maps.
