Terribly dirty

Absolutely terrible. Booked one reservation for two rooms. At check-in we’re told 2 rooms didn’t mean 2 rooms that she “thought” it was a suite with combine living area 2 attached room. We got to room and was only one. She realized there was in fact 2 rooms. Photos of how dirty my room was. I slept on top of sheets with my jacket. Was too tired to ask to re clean room for second time. Looks like blood on floor, roaches, left over disposable fork, hair on towels and sheets that appeared like someone has slept and not been changed. Never again. Do better.

Not Worth It

We stayed at this property in 2024 for a group cruise that we went on, When booking this year we kept it simple and stayed at the same place. We did not get the "suite" as we did the year before as it was much higher priced. In the previous stay the basic rooms were not pleasing to view. So, when booking, I did upgrade the room to a bigger room but not the "suite". The room was very large with 2 full size beds. We had to sleep separately as they just could not accommodate 2 adults. We had an "ok" view of the ocean. The bathroom was very old and appeared to be "patched" together. It just wasn't worth the price tag. At the time of check-in, they were kind enough to let us get our room early. Also, at the time I checked in there really wasn't a line. When my partner came in during the check in process (which had just started) he asked if they do military discounts to which the Check-In specialist stated, they do but she was to a point where she could not add it. Not a huge bummer but I have never experienced that before. Most places do all that they can to get you that discount. The parking should be mentioned as well. There is parking but they charge you $15 for that as well. I get charging if you want to park and not stay but if you are already paying a large amount to stay at a sub-par motel then your parking should be free.

Breakfast provided from 7am to 9am. Went down first morning to get coffee at 8:30am and the coffee pots were empty, notified the front desk and asked for more coffee to be made and was told NO more coffee would be made! Front desk staff did not seem to care much about guests. Day 3 I again went to front desk at 8am and requested the service and towels that I did not get the day before, went out for the day and returned after 5:30pm. NO TOWELS AND NO SERVICE OF ROOM 2 DAYS IN A ROW. I had to go to the front desk 2 more times to finally get the service at 7:30pm. Floors were dirty in room from check in and the room and property were in very poor condition. The beds were semi comfortable but the pillows were flimsy, thank goodness I brought my own. If you’re looking for just a place to rest your head for the night it’s a 2 on the scale of 10. I would never stay there again. Be aware.

We had a king room and upon checking in the desk clerk stated that she would put us in the 2nd or 3rd floor where the better rooms where but since we had a king they are only on the first floor. Be prepared to pay for parking there even if you aren't leaving your car for an extended period. This made the overall cost of the room more expensive then other places that were much nicer. The room was dirty, older, and definitely not sound proof. We went to breakfast at 8 and there was almost nothing to eat. The guy at the front desk was on his cell phone and very rude when we asked for things to be restocked he yelled at us. We didn't even get a check out receipt when we turned our keys in. I won't be staying here again. Motel 6 would have been better. I took photos but it won't let me post them with this review.

The best thing about this place is the restaurant across the street! Shower curtain had mold growing on it. The bathroom sink faucet looked like it wasn’t cleaned. The bed was only made with sheets, no blankets. All the metal lamps were rusty. The front door was difficult to open and close. Some guy came to our door saying they needed our name because our registration was incomplete. When my husband tried to say that is wrong, we are already checked in, he wouldn’t give up, so my husband followed him to the office where he found out he was at the wrong room.

Be very careful how you book your reservation!

I called and asked if there was luggage storage, I was told "Yes." Upon arrival, I was told they had no more room for luggage storage and it was $30 per room for early check-in (even though the rooms were ready). I had a reservation for 3 rooms and only 1 showed on their system. They got me 2 more rooms. Later I found out I had already been charged for the other 2 rooms on my reservation under other names in my party. Paid for 5 rooms when I only needed 3. I was told they could not do anything for me that they needed to contact Wyndham. Very unprofessional poor service.

DONT STAY HERE!!

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been too! Blood stains all over the bed with bugs. My sisters room had a roach crawl across the pillow. We left our room right after checking in and requested to speak with a manager and that we are not staying here. No call. We left on our cruise next day and came back from the cruise and went back to the office and spoke with a man that works there. Took our info again and swore a manager would call. Still no call! We want our money back!! We literally checked in, went to our room, and 15 minutes later complained. I don’t think the lady at front desk “Christina” even checked us out.

This hotel had the worst front desk staff I have ever encountered. Prior to checking in, the hotel charged my card three times and then attempted to charge me again upon check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and he was unwilling to accommodate my requestfor a refund. there have been several social media videos circulating of this man getting aggressive with other hotel guests. The room, itself was in good shape but the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor. I would not recommend this hotel Going forward

Definitely not the best

Hotel was decent. The room was cleanish but they definitely don’t do the best job. There were stains on the bed, something gross on the shower curtain and toilet was nasty. Our toilet didn’t flush and when I called for help they told me I could come grab a plunger from the front and fix it myself but they would not fix it for us or bring us the plunger. Breakfast was terrible. Zero options, and all the juice was watered down and had no flavor. Only options was waffles that tasted funny after making them, cereal, and toast.

We ended up canceling when getting there because the pictures ARE NOT what the place looks like. While in the MOTEL lobby there were MULTIPLE guests complaining about broken lamps and a/c units, not having enough blankets for the room and some beds not even fully made up for their check in. The main guy there was VERY rude to his employee that was trying to help me with questions and told her just to figure it out herself.
