I booked 4 rooms for family members and at check-in the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They could not find the reservation, made me provide evidence of reservation beyond the confirmation number, and required names of family members even though I booked all the rooms and paid for them. Additionally, once we got our rooms they were not together and one room was not cleaned at all with a pizza box still in the room and beds still looked like they had been slept in. I was also required to pay a per car parking fee despite this not being advertised anywhere in the booking. Finally, the photos provided on hotels.com are not accurate representations of the rooms at this hotel. As a Wyndham time share owner, I am concerned and surprised that Wyndham would put their name on this property. This property is unkept, unprofessional, and dirty.

Horrible

The motel is a drug and drunk motel . The room was so dirty . The restroom smelt like urine so bad. The tub was clogged.The only had sheets on the beds no blankets.Then they make you pay for parking. I checked out a day early give they key to the manager owner and I got an email on Monday asking when will I be checking out. I sent email back that I checked out on Sunday .

The front desk manager was very slow, and I asked her several times about a downstairs room since I had a dog with me. She ignored my question and talked to the other manager and other guest, even though I was the one in line. Later, I asked her if I could have a late check out in the next day because I had an early morning interview. She said yes, I could check out at noon. I was in the middle of changing when I got back from the interview around 11 AM. I’m in housekeeping was trying to rush me to get out.

Not happy

The Elevator didnt work, the 1st room we where given the Ac didnt work. I specifically reserved a room for the Ocean view the 2nd room we were given didnt have the Ocean view and we didnt recieve any compensation for it. And then there is we had to pay to park at the hotel we just spent over 200 dollars for this hotel and had to pay to park at it. I believe most of the hotels are now doing this. Its just not right.

As soon as we enter the property we saw cockroaches in reception area. The internet is not working. When we checked into the room the room is dirty with sand all over the place. The root is damaged and not patched well. Also the pillow is soiled and covered by the pillow covers. The bathroom doors and not locking easily. We cancelled it through expedia and complained to front desk. The guy there did not care about the reason but said our reservation is cancelled. Never recommend this hotel to any one even for half the price.

Nothing worked, phone, light, shower and the door was so hard th shut. The bathroom in the front desk area was so gross that a porta potty would have been better. You had to pay for parking but he didn't even ask for your tag number. They lock up the only working ice machine at 7pm and the one at the front desk was broke. Trash cans on property were overflowing and all over place. It is not worth it. The high ratings this place got are fake. We didn't even attempt to eat or go try to eat the breakfast after seeing how dirty clean areas were.

Would not stay here again.

Horrible state of disrepair. I understand being situated next to a body of salt water can wreak havoc but the bathroom sink faucet was very corroded. The wire bundle below the air conditioner was unsafe. There was sand on the floor that I made the mistake of walking on barefoot. The AC was mostly effective but loud. The woman at the front desk was borderline rude while checking us in, not welcoming at all and seemed to have difficulty understanding what I was talking about. We actually left a day early, opting to move elsewhere with no expectation of a refund.

The staff was very unorganized. When we got there to check in there was people coming and going stating they were having issues with their key card and were needing to be reprogrammed, other kept asking for towels because they were none in their room. When i got to the room the beds were undone, trash in the room, it looked like the room hadn't been cleaned yet (mind you we did a late check in it was 6pm) when i went back to the front desk they were just speaking among themselves in their language with out saying anything and anytime i asked them they said "im working on it". 10 minutes later they gave us another room. Other than that room was very clean. Parking was okay you need to park early in the day to be able to park in the front other wise you'll have to park in the back. And by the way if you want to park in the property they charge $15 extra.

It took 40 minutes to check in because of the line which we try to be patient because it was a holiday weekend. The lobby was hot because of all the people coming in and out. The ac was not cooling. Once we finally checked in the bedding was stained, wrinkled, and was dirty. The property needs a lot work and is in need of repairs.

Faulty appetizing

Terrible, I didn’t check in but still got charged the full payment. While stopped by the hotel earlier, I saw the owner checking people in with cash payment. What kind hotel is this? Who are they checking in? Drug dealers or illegal immigrants? I have my family with me, should I check in and roll the dices? Or try to cancel? The hotel doesn’t look clean like what they said. It is all faulty, lie appetizing. We called hotel.com at noon time to report what we saw. Hotel.com tried to contact them 4 hours but no one from the hotel pick up the phone. That is telling you what kind of services you are going to get when you stay there. 4 hours but no front desk operators to pick up the phone. Do they have front desk operator? We did not checking. We didn’t have the courage to check in. We called hotel.com again to tell them that we are going home instead of checking in that hotel. Next day, I checked my bank account, the hotel still took out the full payment. I will call my bank to contest this payment. This is just like a scam. Hotel.com should stop doing business with this hotel. I have been with hotel.com for a long time, maybe I need to book with some else.

Horrible quality hotel. The room had a nasty room odor. There was mold and rust on the lamps one of the lamps didn’t even work. The bed sheets had stains and rips. The mirrors were dirty you can tell they do not get cleaned. They ran out of breakfast foods way before the end time. You have to pay extra for parking when it really should be included with the hotel. You have to get your own bed sheets if you stay for several nights. Do not recommend!
