Very disappointed, I booked a room with a balcony and when I arrived, I was told I was going to be in a room with no balcony so I showed the staff what i requested after they claimed I was wrong and finally, I was told there was nothing they could do so that was that. The employee was not helpful and she was rude. Won’t be booking with this hotel again.

Family vacation
It rained the who time we were there. But the lobby had excellent games for my kids to keep them busy while we were stuck inside. We were under a tornado warning but they definitely kept us comfortable and made the time there great. It was a 1st time starting her and we will definitely be back.

Really nice main areas and the suites are beautiful. Very clean, modern, great a/c, and bedding is great quality. Breakfast is good too. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. My only criticisms are the mattress is way too firm and water pressure in shower isn’t that good.
