Checked in on Sunday and was staying through the following Sunday. At check in made it clear that there was to be no service in my room during my entire stay. That I would exchange towels, etc. as needed during my stay. I made a point of stopping by the front desk a second time that same day as check in to confirm no service. I had an overlapping reservation in New Orleans so I wouldn’t be in my room for a couple of days. On Monday before heading to New Orleans I again stopped by the front desk to confirm no service. I returned on Wednesday afternoon - upon my return it was clear staff was in my room. My things had been moved on every surface, etc. I had made a point of videoing the room prior to my departure so I knew exactly how it was left. This was incredibly upsetting to know staff had been in my room and that my things had been moved throughout the entire room. I immediately called the front desk and asked for a manager and was advised that there was none available until the following day. The next morning I came down and spoke with the manager who did state it was made clear to housekeeping and he was surprised staff had been in my room and that my things had been moved. He stated he would speak to the staff and he then stated if we were being charged for parking that would bot be charged. Saturday comes around and after being out for the late morning into the early afternoon and returning to the hotel - it was clear that staff had again entered my room.
