A weird stay
Overall everyone was very nice except for the front desk person at night. This person gave us a hard time about our service animal saying they didn’t allow pets. I told him he had to because of the ADA and he said every holiday inn was separately owned and therefore they could reject service animals. He mumbled something about a fine. Our room was disgusting with other people’s hair in the sheets and bathroom but he was taking such a long time to figure out how to switch us that I got frustrated and just cleaned everything myself.

The safty lock was broken off. On line it say near beach but its not near a beach you can not see a beach at all The staff was remarkable so sweet and kind that made the day.

We had to change rooms three times, the first room toilet didn’t work, second room the room hasn’t been cleaned, the third room was half cleaned trash in the floor, microwave dirty, the secure lock on the room door was broken. The first desk lady was clueless.
