This was the worst for me and my family. My daughter had a competition 2 days in Galveston but due this hotel having ROACHES in the bed and bed bugs we had to pack up the same night and leave. I don’t do roaches that’s nasty. Unless you don’t have anywhere to go in Galveston don’t book this hotel at all I rather stay outside,

The photos on the website is not what I saw when I got at the property. The hotel was once Days Inn and we all know how old Days Inn are. The place smells musty when you walk in. The rooms really needs renovation. I hated how I spent $237 for two nights there. The room phone never worked, the iron board was broken, the shower curtain was old and raggy. The walls and doors of the hotel were dirty and filthy looking. I was miserable throughout my whole stay, only because my husband was telling me to not worry about it and let’s just stick it out. The plank flooring was moist as if it’s water underneath and the toilet took forever to flush after using it. The staff are really nice though I must say. I would give this hotel 4.5/10
