Remodel needed STAT

The front desk was very nice, and that was about the only ok part of the trip. The hotel itself is old and needs work we booked this hotel because of the location and hot tub but the hot tub did not work. Room felt musty and floors would sweat if the AC wasn't set at least at 69 so the room had to stay cold which was very unpleasant at times.

We have stayed here many times the location is convenient. This weekend was a horrible experience the hotel was full due to a holiday weekend breakfast nearly unavailable you couldn’t even get in the room and they locked the doors at 9, towels were not available for showers on our second night had to use pool towels, and the elevators stopped working requiring us to carry our beach gear up 3 flights of stairs. For triple the normal cost I will be looking for another option.
