Bad!
Where to begin? When I booked I chose to pay at the time of arrival. I received a notification about 1:30pm the day that they tried to charge my card but I had my card locked. I called them and was told if I didn’t pay right then they would cancel my room (and they tried to charge more on my card). I argued with them that I planned on pay when I got there not before. They said the owner said I had to pay now. I asked to speak to the owner or someone hirer up then she came back on the line and said she put a not on the room that we would pay when we arrived. The small of the room was so bad and strong it made my Asthma flare up. The Ac leaks all over the floor see pics attached. The staff was very rude. There was a smell that was so bad that it bothered me all night

The best thing about the hotel is how close it is to the beach. The rooms were musty, the doors were hard to shut, the TV didn’t have many channels, and the floors were FILTHY. My 1yo crawled around the room for an hour or so and his feet/knees were black. The beds aren’t super comfy - pretty springy. But I mean, for the price, I guess that’s what you get.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, remodeled and the beds comfy. My only complaint is I could not see the water from my balcony unless I was standing and leaning over the top of the railing. I was on the 1st floor (above the parking garage) on the east side. Next time I will request a room on the west side or if on the east, a higher floor. All else was great!

The bathroom needs updating, especially the tubs as there was rust in the tub areas. Also, the continental breakfast definitely need some updating as it was poor quality. Also, the door locks need updating as we had a hard time opening our door several times and due to the gap underneath the main door to the rooms it was very noisy!

Elevators were slow, and one would want to take off before we all were completely in the elevator. The hot tub was not working and that was one thing I was looking forward to enjoying but I was totally disappointed when I wanted to go in and the water was completely cold. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest, the bananas were all mushy.

We planned to do more adventures so opted for an inexpensive hotel for the family. We were not expecting it to be grand at all. However, we expected it to be at least clean and bug free. Our room was 319 the mini fridge had a broken leg which caused it to lean. I killed about 10 roaches, toilet stopped flushing the first night. We stayed for 2 days. I had to go to the store to buy Fabuloso, sponges, broom and soap. I unclogged the toilet myself , the hotel staff brought me a plunger. I was determined to have a nice trip with my family. The bath tub was rusty, I found hairs in the towels and bedding. Needless to say i will not book again.
