Overall the stay was very nice. The place is a bit older as are most places right on the ocean but the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very small but usable. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

The lady who checked me in was very rude and told me the wrong directions to my room, opposite side of the hotel. I had to climb stairs several times to find my room and I was already tired from a 9 hour drive. When I asked 2 housekeeping ladies were my room was 1 ignored me and the other talked on her phone and just shook her head at me while saying “no”. Neither even tried helping me. After going back to the office I was finally told correct directions by a 3rd lady working behind the desk. The room was nice but needs some attention to detail cleaning - windows had hand prints, shelves were dusty, foot print on bathroom door, bedding stained… needs a deep clean!!! Unfolded linens in the cabinet by the door, broken fridge door handle, rug/flooring looks 100 years old. I was told at check in housekeeping doesn’t come to the room unless we let them know the night before, when I called to ask for new towels and washcloths I was told I needed to bring them to the office and get my own. I’ve never had a hotel tell me to bring them my dirty stuff, very rude and bad customer care. I never took my stuff to the office, I went to Walmart and bought my own.

This is an.older family owned property but it is very well maintained. Nice beds, pillows. Excellent breakfast. We did not use the pool facilities as it was cool out and we were bust seeing thhe sights. We will stay here again if in the area. It is a very large property but quiet at night.

Overall stay was good as it is on Seawall so you can walk anywhere. If you park you better not leave or else you won’t get another spot. Hotel staff was not the friendliest.
