Loved where the hotel is located. Enjoyed the balcony . The bathroom wasn’t clean enough. No small mirror to use and lighting weak. The shower drain cover is loose. The biggest yuck that I reported and took pic is that the top sheet over the comforter had blood on it.

We rented the most expensive room at this hotel. The balcony was much smaller than expected and it was constantly wet and therefore unusable for sitting outside. The floor on the balcony was like slippery and not safe to walk on. The room was extremely smaller. The description of the room indicated that there would be a bathtub, there was not. The door to the balcony had a one inch opening that would not close, even after the door was locked. The staff was great but please don't believe the pictures. They are very exaggerated and do not honestly represent the hotel on the inside.

It was clean, but carpets were stained and worn horribly. Ottoman was a ball that was not comfortable at all, bed lop-sided, shower tiles cracked, a/c extremely noisy and inefficient, balcony door sticky and rusted. They should not have charged for parking, and room was over priced for off season.

The staff was excellent; great customer service and friendly on a consistent basis. The swimming pool was really great and the hotel restaurant/bar next to it was pretty good when we ate a late nigh supper there. The standout of the room was the bathroom. Was modern, clean and comfortable. However, the rooms could be cleaner; needing something more than the daily cleaning by the housekeeping staff. The building is showing its age and use over time being so close to the gulf things just break down and wear faster than normal it seems.

Service by staff was incredible. An example is when our Air Conditioner was not working, someone came right away and diagnosed the problem in minutes. Then, to my surprise, said it would be replaced within the hour, and it was. Everyone we delt with was the same. Adding they were all friendly, courteous and seemed to be happy at work. As I said, incredible.
