Staff was very friendly! Our original booked room had a pull out bed, which my granddaughter was to sleep on, and when we pulled it out, it was pretty filthy and disgusting. My husband went tobthe front desk and the gentleman that was there moved us to a different room with 2 double beds which worked for us. He was very apologetic and understood why we were upset. The shower was very silppery! Other than that, our stay was fine. Breakfast was fantastic!

The upgraded larger room was very spacious and a great view of the Gulf. Everything in the room worked fine, except the TV was set to narrow mode, so the left & right part of the image was cut off--we couldn't fix it. They do a good job with the breakfast and the staff there works very hard, they should be tipped, which we did. We witnessed a bad water leak from the roof in the closet across the hall, when it rained. The water poured through electrical panels which was concerning. Otherwise we liked our stay here.

It was a good convenient location at a fair price. The view was great and it was very clean. We would stay there again. The front desk could be a bit more friendly, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Sunday morning, 5 April, as we were moving our luggage to our car, only one of the elevators was working which slowed everyone down going and coming. I asked the person at the front desk why one of the elevators was not working and her reply was "They were both working earlier" and went back to her computer with no other comment to possibly have someone check???? Not very good customer serivice.

Very pleasant check in, quick and friendly fly staff. My room felt really warm so it didn’t seem as if the air was working but when I notified the front desk they quickly switched me to another room. Amazing view. Very clean and affordable. Great deal

Safe, clean, and a beautiful view. Staff was not the friendliest but we're not rude either. Breakfast was ok! Would stay here again. Our only con was the hot water was out upon arrival, we were promised a few hours and it would be back on but we had to wait the night- and shower in the morning. Which means the hot tub also wasn't working ); hopefully for future guests this won't be a problem.
