Hotel is right in front of the seawall, perfect ocean view. A/C Blew extremely cold! Booked a room for 4, only got 2 towels. Asked for more at 7am, and was handed tiny wash cloths and finally had towels delivered 1 hour before checkout time.. 11am. The bathroom door stuck, was hard to open majority of the time. The 1 elevator would not operate properly. We would press the floor and the door would almost close then open again. Did this about 4 times before it would finally work. This happened to us at least twice.

The property had mold no soap or towels. I would. I would not even let my dog stay here for free. I booked this hotel from the pictures. This place is completely over priced for the quality. The staff were rude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money on this place.

Lamp shade had yellow staining and what appeared to be mold on it. Booking said two queen beds but the room has two full size beds. Should be to accommodate 4 people but it only had one bath towel. No hand towels or small towels for the bathroom floor. Altercations in the parking lot and it just was not what the images and description made it out to be. She told us our room would be facing the pool and it was .... But there was a big wall in front of the door so it was facing a wall. There are much better hotels for similar prices in the area, we will not be staying here again.

Let me just tell all of you to save your money and go elsewhere. The rooms were disgusting and the bathroom was not even cleaned with no toilet paper or towels. The sheets had nasty stains and the pillows did too. The room had not been vacuumed in the carpet area. It was so bad that we went and requested a refund but the big guy at the front told me he didnt have authorization so I asked to switch rooms and was accommodated. Sooooo... 2nd room, floor definitely looks better and so do the sheets. Bathroom is dirty again eith hair all over the floor and bathtub. There are also no towels in the room at all, the shower head was loose and the water prwssure was minimal. Like I said at the beginning, save your money and go elsewhere, this place is a dump.

The only thing nice about the property was that it was across the street from the ocean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. But the actual room was very dirty as well as the pool. Wouldn't recommend this property

My toilet was clogged was given a plunger by front desk to unclog myself the plunger was passed around to several rooms.nobody ever picked up the trash around the grounds the biscuits for breakfast were so awful that a piece got stuck in my wife's throat and she had to be taken to hospital by ambulance had to clean the air conditioner filter by myself so the air-conditioning would cool

Room on the 3rd floor had MOLD EVERYWHERE the ceiling, behind the bed, the curtains, the toilet, the walls. Absolutely just everywhere. Torn sheets and comforter. Worst room I have ever been in. I do not recommend this place to no one. I called hotels.com and spoke with the management at the hotel and received my money back. If you have any health problems like my daughter and I dont book this hotel. Horrible place. Time for them to do some work on these rooms.

It was horrible my room i booked had roaches everywhere it was down right disgusting. The guy at front desk did help by putting me in another room and it had a dog piss odor so strong we had to go to Walmart and buy disinfectant to spray the beds and floor to kill the smell but it came back. The elevator was hot and scary. I will sleep on the beach in sand before i ever go there again.

Wifi was great! Loved the proximity to Kroger and felt taken care of. The AC was leaking in my room causing condensate to pool, I let staff know and within an hour they had come and fixed it.

The hotel was in disrepair. Elevators not working. Dirty!! The ac in the room was like sleeping next to a train. The breakfast was unfit with the milk being spoiled. Absolutely a terrible experience!!
