This property has a lot of homeless people that wander around, especially in the parking lot where your automobile is left. The staff is very unfriendly. It smells like mold in mildew and we had bedbug bites on her legs. That’s the reason we canceled the rest of our stay in left.

This is our second stay here and we enjoyed each time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in the young gentlemen, explained everything that we needed. And upon checking out, the young lady was very sweet and very helpful. I do not remember their names Unfortunately. The area is very safe and quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious. The balcony is nice and they have a nice continental breakfast to get you started in the morning. The bed Is pretty comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. That is important to me, Aside from safety when I pick a hotel… And this hotel offers all that. Next time we visit Galveston, we will stay here.

Very polite staff. The property is a little older than it appears online. Would have appreciated a vending machine that accepted credit cards onsite. Beds are comfortable. Strange odor in room. Not bad or good just strange.
