Rooms are very clean and don’t have an old smell to them. Only disappointment was that breakfast was posted on their website for 6am but when we came down they had a sign that said 7am.

The heater was making a terrible noise but I was able to turn it off and fortunately was comfortable without it. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Shower door didn't close tightly so leaked water on the floor. There were more than enough towels which was nice. Fridge didn't seem very cold.

Booked a handicap room but when I arrived mine was available. The beds had stained sheets. Bathroom was dirty, the shower leaked water on floor almost causing me to slip. I spoke with staff and they couldn’t care less. So disappointed

Hotel is beautiful and well taken care of, and it’s in the middle of some great restaurants and fast food. Only thing that sucked was that elevator and pool were closed due to maintenance and we were placed on the 4th floor so that was a bit of an inconvenience.

This place was probably nice when it was new, but it must not be doing well since they seem to have skimped on maintenance, and it showed. Here are the things we dealt with: 1. Elevators weren't working 2. The carpeting in the stairs was loose and damaged -- dangerously so. 3. The shower door wouldn't stay closed so water ran all over bathroom floor. 4. The provided remote control wouldn't control their video system or TV -- not even volume. 5. The AC system in the room couldn't be controlled from the wall thermostat or the AC box. It was 68 degrees in the room and in order to get it to stop pumping out cold air we had to unplug it. 6. The room fridge didn't have temperature control, but was so cold it froze (and ruined) everything we put in it. Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the show? Well, the breakfast was pretty good for a 2-star hotel, especially the oatmeal add-ins selection.

We arrived and found no one behind the check in desk. We waited about 5 minutes before calling out into the office. No one was there. There were two women employees taking a break about 20 feet from us who watched but never said a word to us. (language barrier?) When the desk clerk arrived he said that the elevator was broken and we would have to carry our luggage upstairs. I showed him my cane, I'm a disabled vet. He found us a room on the first floor but it was not like the one we had reserved. Once in the room the TV would not work and we had to replace two low wattage light bulbs so we could see. to read. Something we learned during our last stay there. When we left it was with out breakfast since it was not ready. When we checked out the "clerk" did not ask us anything about our stay, he looked like some guy who just walked in off the streets. We have stayed there in the past but will NOT again.
