Our favorite place to stay in Galena

Always a fun stay in Galena!! The hotel bar is a hit with guests. Super comfy beds and bedding, okay breakfast, tiny bathroom but who cares - I'm just there for Galena. Staff is great, very economical.

Pleasantly surprised with our stay in Galena. The staff was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean super well decorated the pool although we didn’t use it or the hot tub looked really clean and inviting and they had towels ready for you. What else the bar? The bartender was very nice with a generous pour! Perfect for a couples quick weekend getaway

My wife and I liked the fact that this facility was clean, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the morning breakfast menu was extended, compared to most other places offerings. We would both highly recommend the Stoney Creek Inn, Hwy. 20 W. on the outskirts of Galena, Illinois.
