The staff was very sweet and the location is great. However, the room was dusty and the bathroom was very limited with soap, as well as having a faulty shower. The bed sheets were sort of itchy and the desk was dusty. If this place was cleaner and had more soap/lotions and towels, it would be great!

Very bad experience at this hotel. It started at check-in, when they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied — I heard children’s voices coming from inside (the same kids who were running through the hallways and playing in the elevator). I returned to the lobby and requested a different room. The second room was even worse. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a terrible smell. I checked the bed, and the sheets were full of pubic hair. I immediately went back to the lobby to cancel my reservation. The only positive aspect of this experience was that the staff canceled my booking without any issues. I also called Expedia, and they agreed to refund me the full amount. Overall, the hotel had no visible security, and there was a strong unpleasant odor as soon as you entered the lobby. I do not recommend staying here.
