I asked on Saturday afternoon for more towels and i was told that they would bring to room, we came back to room around 10 pm that night and no towels were delivered. I went back to front desk and all they had was dry off towels...VERY DISAPPOINTING!

CS: Front desk saw me enter the building and did not acknowledge so I had to call the hotel in order for him to come up front and attend me. Ext: Looked decent. Aside from all the construction going on. Building needs numbers to direct you to the correct room otherwise your left to search the room on your own. 👎 I was given the room key no key folder with room number so by the time I got to my car I forgot the rm number. Had to call the office again. It happens to everyone! only stayed overnight. Quiet area. Non traffic area.

The nightstands were all dusty. The sink had a blonde hair in it, a few more on the counter, some blonde some brown. The tub was peeling and there was hair in there as well. There was an old fry behind the nightstand. There was a hole done by the bathroom door behind it on the wall and instead of fixing it, it got filled up with toilet paper. At least the bed was clean and comfortable.

An employee unlocked the door using a key card and walked into my room at 10:20 while I was still in bed. It doesn’t matter what time it is or if they are checking if we left already no employee should enter the room. I didn’t even hear a knock. He did say sorry after he opened the door and saw me in bed but still very UNACCEPTABLE! Then not even 10 minutes later a lady comes to knock on the door and says housekeeping I yelled saying we’re still here and haven’t left yet… Mind you checkout is at 11. I still had plenty of time left.

The reception staff, both evening and morning, most cordial and professional. Housekeeping and kitchen staff were rude and even angry. My room was 151 and across from my room was an unlocked unsightly storage room, a number of things are very much in need of repair. My black out drapes had big holes were plastic had peeled away and sun shined through, vent missing from above shower exposing a large open black space, poor paint job where painter was clearly unskilled, carpet unraveling. Wall Heater was unable to heat the room adequately. Breakfast advertised until 10 am. At 9:50 it was already shut down. While the furniture was okay the room and building were inside need of repairs and upkeep. I expected far more for the price I paid. The sight outside my window and door were both unsightly and scary.
