Great service

Customer service was wonderful, and the place was clean. Only issue was that the 2nd elevator was not working so it took longer than usual to wait for the one elevator.

So hot

Service was amazing. Super friendly but our room was very hot, like a furnace. We asked them to check the AC and they quickly did. They then advised we would need to switch rooms, which was no problem, but the 2nd room was just as bad. It’s almost as if the AC units have some sort of dampener to make them only run 1-2 minutes.

There was not hot water or a working shower. The pipe leaked all over our room damaging our clothes. We were given dirty towels and checked into a room that already had someone in it.
