Nice clean rooms, comforatble beds, close to a lot of dining options. Near I-75 but could not hear traffic with A/C on. Decent breakfast and had a tailgate for football game (free burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings). Shuttle to games was nice but we didn't take as we had our own transportation.

I booked this hotel by mistake. I thought I had booked the brand new one across town But the service that the staff offered was so exceptional. Every single member staff I came across were so helpful and went above and beyond. They made a whole stay special And the beds were amazingly comfortable

PROS - even though I had always stayed at Comfort Suites and clicked this Comfort Inn online in error, I liked the kitchenette area set up... tv smaller than Comfort Suites, but unlike Comfort Suites, I was able to access guide which kept me from having to surf every channel to select a program and enjoyment with viewing was better ... room was clean and bed wasn't lumpy … Room not dusty, otherwise I would have been repeatedly coughing ... a great deal of choices to shop and could walk to them if desired ... easy parking and I didn't have to pay ... ALL staff was courteous (rare) CONS - no football game scheduled but I was charged double for Saturday but reasonably priced for Sunday ... safety concern because you don't have to use a key card to get on elevator ... limited noise from other customers, however, noisy from cars passing (not their fault, I'll ask for a different side should I decide to stay again) ... no ice machine available on my floor (2nd) so I had to go to 1st floor when ice was needed ... microwave plate continually bumped the door which prevented it from sometimes turning as designed to do ... had to breakfast area when it opened because it could really become congested because of area size and on top of each other.
