As soon as we cut the light on there was a roach walking up the wall. My wife was showering and the shower rod fell off the wall. It was barely attached to the wall with one screw. Told lady at front desk at check out and she just smile and said thank you. No discount.

We had never stayed at the brand before but we will again. From the time we walked in the door, everything was clean and fresh. We had the "suite" that gave us lots of room. Bed was comfortable, room temp was great, water pressure & temp wonderful. Close to anything you might need or want

They double charged us saying that we did not check out, though we did, leaving the keys on the front desk and telling them we were leaving early. I called and they promised to check and call me back, which they did not. We also told them three times that the sink was stopped up and they replied that they would send someone. Finally after the third time they handed me a plunger.
