Clean room only issue I had was I asked for a crib to be in my room and the front desk told me no that a manager wasn’t there so she couldn’t we offered to come down and get it ourselves and was told no again they made it inconvenient to sleep safely. Said she would leave a note for the morning crew so when we woke up I asked the morning crew and they said they didn’t have a note but would make sure I got one right away for the 2nd night

super dirty, the whole place needs to be remodeled. please do not stay here I have stayed at many other cheaper hotels with way better quality. They do not offer daily housekeeping.. you have to request it yourself, which would of been nice to know ahead of time. OVERALL DIRTY AND SMELLY. ITS A PASS FOR ME.

Hotel could use TLC

Hotel could use some updating, this was our 3rd or 4th stay, and it seems like hotel is being neglected more and more every time we have stayed there, besides that we enjoyed our stay. For what we needed it for we can’t complain. Also it was convenient for our Disneyland trip within 10 mins away.

definitely recommend shuttle weekend schedule to be all week round. our shuttle plans for evenings were completely effected because of the weekday schedule. we had to carry car seat to shuttle and disneyland, store there and carry car seat back and uber back because last shuttle was at 9:30pm when firework show is at 9:30pm. dinner to downtown disney also would of been canceled because of weekday shuttle schedule but luckily we were able to get ride from a visiting family member.

Carpets in the room were stained as well as the tile in the bathroom. Paint was chipping on walls in room, door and hallways. We were there for a Disney trip so when we got back to room and my son was sleeping over my shoulders I got to my room on the 3rd floor and my room key got deactivated, twice that happened! So I then had to carry my son all the way down to the lobby to get it activated again, twice! Most likely will not be staying here again.

I was told by the manager I would get a refund for the night prior to the morning I brought to his attention all the things we had issues with. Blood on sheets and towels, hair on towels, noise complaints at 2am from next door neighbors. Or stay was really bad. I called a well later and left a message and still no refund and returned phone call.

Don’t stay here. Couldn’t get in shuttle for Disney and they ended service before park closed. Breakfast was awful. Had to switch three times in rooms. Everything was dirty and unkept. Definitely not what was advertised. Would love a refund!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We stayed here last year, and the hospitality was great, they offered continental breakfast and a shuttle to Disneyland, so we decided to stay again this year, and I’m not sure if there was new management or what, however the stay was AWFUL. Housekeeping did not leave fresh towels or make the beds, the showers have mold and the sinks had bugs. They did not take the trash out once and mind you, we were there 5 days and 4 nights. The shuttle was late at the pick up at Disneyland and we had food ordered and delivered to the room and by the time we got back the food had been stolen. Never going to stay here again, worst service we have ever experienced.

I felt like the hotel pictures looked nicer than the real place. It was by the freeway so you can hear that all night long. The staff was great they switched me to another side of the hotel so it wasn’t loud. I wouldn’t be staying there again. It was a cheap stay if anyone is looking for something positive about the hotel
