Breakfast was a nice extra and shuttle to the DL park was very much appreciated. Just wish there wasn't such a long gap between the AM and PM schedule (1030am -8pm). This made it difficult to take a rest break in the middle of a long park day.

This place is old and dirty. I was up all night because I felt paranoid about the old dirty bed and blankets. Hotel is right next to the freeway which is loud. The breakfast is nasty, watery eggs and some toast, that’s it. You are given no soap to wash your hands.my room was dirty with chipped wall paint, dirty carpet and an old bathroom. I wanted to leave as soon as I checked in but already had paid.

Sketchy area- only front door of hotel was accesible. Pool was shut down for “cleaning” but was dirty and empty. Limited parking. Overall a run down hotel that could use an update. Clear and obvious patch work in the rooms and bathroom only one outlet worked in the room and the bathroom

Old facility. Need upgrades. Rooms were not all that. No fridge, no microwave, no noise cancelation. Staff was great but the hotel structures was so poor looking.

The staff was nice and friendly. We didn't have hot water, when they "fixed it" one of us had a hot shower. The next day, they said the maintence wasn't around to fix. not a good time. Pool was under maintence too. Low flow toilets, we had to hold handle for 30 sec plus to make them flush. Breakfast was great.

The carpet was gilthy, when ge got there the elevator was broken, making us walk a long way to the other one. The woman's bsthroom was broken so they had to give me a room key. The staff were very friendly but the hotelcwas in terrible condition.

We spent $400 on a suite room. When we got there the room smelled, there was supposed to be 2 queen beds and they were definitely not queen beds. Very uncomfortable and one of them didn’t even fit the frame. The bathroom was the smallest I have seen at a hotel. The door literally almost touched the toilet when you opened it. The shower had clogged hair in the drain so when we tried to shower it backed up. There was mold all on the top in the shower. The air vents were covered in dirt debris. The carpet was disgusting, soiled stained all over. We asked the desk then next day as we were leaving in the morning if someone could fix the shower drain and was told they would have maintenance fix it. Came back at 10p that night and housekeeping never came to provide fresh towels, maintenance never came to fix the shower. This stay was one of the worst I’ve stayed at a Howard Johnson and never will return to this one. They were at least nice enough to switch us rooms on our second stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was less than desirable. Shower had warm but not hot water. Mold in the shower. Bathroom toilet paper was at least 18 inches from the toilet. No place to hang clothes in the bathroom. One lamp on the desk had no plug to plug it into. Another lamp worked only when you hit it. If this is a Wyndham property they should be ashamed.

Front counter staff and cleaning staff are amazing. Really accommodating and friendly. The hotel is under renovation or in the process of renovating. If the pool was open it would have been 5 stars all around, as the much needed Reno’s would have been easier to over look. Rooms are clean and beds are really comfortable. The morning shuttle driver Tuesday to Thursday is out standing. By far one of the nicest men I have ever met. His charm also makes up for any other issues that may arise.

It’s a place to sleep, have breakfast, then leave.
The front lobby in the dining area are kept up well, The carpet in the Hallway Waze going to the hotel rooms are dingy not very clean and inviting. The bathroom tile is the old style, so of course trying to keep the grout clean is tough. There is no pool. It is just concrete for the last year they said. It connects to the Holiday Inn express next door and their pool works, so they should have some kind of a deal to be able to use theirs as well for their guests.

When I was checking in my room was not ready so I had to settle in for another room. When I was checking in, the girl at the front desk (I think her name was Alyssa) wasn't even paying attention to me checking in she was in the conversation with the person checking in next to me. Then an employee came in asking about his check and then she was helping him out. It was just a lot and very unprofessional. When I went to the room, the pain on the walls was so patchy, they just painted over spots, the shower wasn't cleaned properly. I wanted to get a refund but I was only there for the night and I was rushing so I had to settle.

When we checked in we were told the total was $100 more than what we originally booked our room for. They wouldn’t give us a room even though we already booked months in advance until we paid the extra $100 charge that was not disclosed ahead of time. Front desk staff were not professional, they were very rude. Toilets wouldn’t flush and after calling multiple times no one came to fix it. Shuttle does NOT run on the schedule posted, we were waiting 2 nights in a row for over an hour waiting on the shuttle from Disneyland but were told it goes back & forth continuously from 8pm to 12:30pm. We waited from 11pm-12:30 every night. When I called to ask if they were coming multiple times they kept telling me they had just left 10 minutes prior even though that wasn’t true. Never staying here again.
