Pros: They had a very good breakfast included. The bed was comfy (not so much the pillows) and clean. The room was relatively quiet...we asked to be away from elevators, etc, and were put at the end of the hall where few people came and went. AND we loved the free shuttle to and from Disneyland - that was worth the stay. And parking is free and plentiful. Cons: As I said above, the hotel was not well maintained. It was very dingy and felt dirty in the halls and carpeting. And the bathroom was a bit worn. Even though the bed and towels were clean! Oh, and the "free WiFi" sucked! most of the time we could not connect, so don't plan on that, as we had. Traffic was a bit noisy, but we used earplugs and it was OK. :) Not their fault.

For the price the hotel was pretty good. But the hallways were extremely dirty with stains in the carpet everywhere but inside the rooms were better. The bathroom could use some work but the breakfast was good and the shuttle to the parks worked out well

Best thing was the staff and how helpful they were and having a shuttle for Disneyland. Bad thing is they say in the night shifts the shuffle comes every 30 mins and we waited 1hr and 12 mins. We made friends with another family waiting and they had been there 6 mins before us and we called the front desk multiple times and kept saying was on the way but the hotel was only 12 mins away so don’t know where an hour between was lost from the driver. Also the rooms are small first room we had to be changed the shower was falling down. Second room the window to the parking lot in our room wouldn’t close. It wasn’t till the 3rd room we finally had a good room. Breakfast is on point and the morning trips was the best for Disney but like I stated the night ones were the horrible experience.

Here's a polished version of your review: --- I would not recommend this hotel. The property is very rundown; hall walls and trimmings were coming apart, and the elevators were dirty. The pool was closed with no mention of this on the website, which was disappointing. The parking lot was inconvenient and felt unsafe. The internet did not work, and the TV only had Spanish channels. While the staff was friendly, it was clear that management didn’t prioritize upkeep—I overheard cleaning staff saying they lacked essential supplies. Several ice machines were out of order on multiple floors, adding to the frustration. Overall, this hotel felt more like a poorly maintained motel, and to top it off, I still haven’t received my deposit back. I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel has a nice lobby. However, as you walk in the hallways you can clearly see it's in desperate need for some TLC. I had trouble with the door lock, it would not open properly after reading the key correctly. After several attempts, it opened.

Well it is close to Disney but it’s definitely not the best. It definitely is out dated and could use a really good deep cleaning. Comforter smelled like perfume. Bathroom looked like a public restroom. Staff was super friendly though!
