Unprofessional and lazy. We requested a microwave and refrigerator a week before our reservation date, when we arrived there was neither in the room. We had to call the front desk to make another request. They said they will put the refrigerator and microwave in our room the next morning. Neither were installed the next day when we got back to the hotel. We called the front desk once again. They did not answer the first few times then when they did answer they immediately put us on hold. After 8 minutes of being on hold, the front desk worker, Juan, accidentally took us off hold. He didnt realize that he did so in the first place, also not realizing that we could hear the conversation he was having with a shuttle driver, completely ignoring us, the guests, call. So we left our room while still on “hold”, to go downstairs to confront them. Meanwhile Juan was still talking to the shuttle driver, ignoring the phone call for 15 minutes now. He was unprofessional, lazy, seemed to not be taking us seriously, and should face some sort of disciplinary action or learn how to do his job. Finally, the microwave and refrigerator were put into our room, however, we were leaving the next day so it didn’t even matter. We stayed for a total of three nights so there were plenty of opportunities to put it in our room. I will not say thank you for having us, as it was an frustrating experience.
