Receptionist was bad

The receptionist was tough to handle with no proper communication or reception from him. It’s only that guy who is not at all eligible to be a receptionist. We have booked for 3 night stay, but we have to request him to renew the access card each day for 3 days with weired look from him.

The finishes haven't been updated in quite a while, but it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had no protein options which was disappointing

You can like it.

It could have been much better. The carpet in my room was dirty, I do not recommend walking barefoot or in socks. The windows were terribly dirty! I have never seen anything like that in any hotel in the world, shame... The furniture needs a real repair - the drawers of the bedside tables are falling off because a thoughtless method of repair was used, of course ineffective. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast consisting of fattening and exclusively meatless products. Quite tasty but worthless. The coffee is very good. Overall, I like this place very much and I repeat - with a little effort it could improve a lot.

My stay was exceptional, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. The service was outstanding, and the amenities made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Hopefully have the ice machine fixed by then.
