Our favourite thing about mitsui garden was the roof top onsen. Everything was so clean, ambiance was beautiful, loved that we had the option to be outside, the steam room was a bonus, and the products provided was lovely as well. Both my boyfriend and I could've stayed way longer. We wished there was a private onsen option to book. The check in and out was seamless. The room was pretty standard and clean. We had a double room and had a view of a cemetery. Staff here was so nice and helpful. Anything we needed help with they were able to assist. We would definitely book again because of the staff and onsen.

I liked how the sound of the air conditioner was turned to almost negligible, making a total silent room. I also liked the thoughtfulness of how my room was made up every day. My only point for improvement is that the changing room of the public pool can smell quite awfulon some days.

Lovely hotel
This was a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The ladies at the check-in counter made my 3 year old daughter feel very welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It is very centrally located and most places can be reached with a short ride in the metro. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Fukuoka in the future. Thank you.
