I wanted non-smoking rooms but had to settle for smoking rooms, could have been more pleasurable without the constant smoke smell. Wi-Fi connection was good at times and other times hard to get a good signal.

For my rate, the lowest, it is a single room measuring between 14 and 17 square meters. I have a 14. That's about 3.5 x 5. The first 2 meters in length of 5 is entry hall/small closet and bath. The room itself has a single bed against the wall, and along the other wall is a long desk with TV and coffee maker on it, a refrigerator below. On the bed side there is the length of the bed plus space to slide my suitcase at the end of it on the floor. No possibility of unpacking. Between the bed and desk there is space to squeeze through if someone is sitting in the (one) chair. For an extra Yen 1,000 a night I get three more square meters. For an extra Yen 2,000 a night I get 7 more square meters, which then includes walking space, space for the suitcase, and a small table and additional chair. Closet and bathroom are the same - small but adequate. This is okay, but I think I would up size one next time.

Great stay! will come back!
Great stay! Hotel is about 2 minutes walk from the nearest train station, There is a near Isetann mall for shopping and dining. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast food is something that they can improve: had bread, egg, cheese soup and egg drop soup during my stay. otherwise great stay. For the price you pay, I believe its one of the best value that you can get for a stay in a hotel on tokyo area.

コンパクトで部屋も清潔でした。 施設は新しくはないかなと思いますが、古臭さは全くないです。 アメニティは男性ビジネスマン向けの歯ブラシ、髭剃り、コーム程度です。 朝食付きにしたが、メニューが豊富でした。 小皿が多く、デザートも5種類くらいありました。飲み物の種類も多く、美味しかったです。

スタッフの方の対応はとても感じよく、朝食バイキングも種類豊富でとても美味しかったです！ ただ残念だったのは、朝食を食べて部屋に帰ったら、まだ滞在中で貴重品も置いたままだったのに、クリーンスタッフの方が勝手に入り、勝手にカーテンを明け、きちんと畳んで置いたルームウェアがぐしゃぐしゃに床の上に無造作に置かれ、泥棒が入ったような感じでした…　フロントに確認したところ、間違えて入ってしまった…とのこと… そのことがとても残念でした… 今後気をつけます！とおっしゃって、スタッフ4名で謝って下さいましたが、たったひとりのデリカシーのないスタッフのせいで、ホテルの評判が落ちてしまうので、本当にそういう所は気を付けて頂いたほうがいいと思います… それ以外は、本当に良いホテルでした！

今回、食事はしませんでしたが食事が売りなのかと思います。 施設は古い。でも、清潔さは保たれていてフロントのスタッフさんはテキパキとされ気持ちの良い挨拶をして下さいました。 駐車場も近隣にいくつかありますが、ぐるぐる探しました。
