The property is old. They had a water leak next to the lobby that when they tried to fix it left the hotel without water. We came back from skiing and were not able to shower. Same happened the next morning. We were offered no compensation. We will not be coming back.

Alex, the manager could not have been more hospitable, even after a broken hip. Friendly, professional, cared about the quality of our stay. Being treated as a guest vs. a visitor makes all the difference.

Give it a shot!

We had a nice 2-night visit. Everything was clean and the breakfast was hot. We utilized the common space for family games too. This hotel is close to skiing and the price was right.

Very subpar. Front desk was not friendly at all, breakfast is never ready at advertised hours, beds are uncomfortable, door doesn’t close properly, rooms are small and the place is very dated. We actually left 2 nights early even though we prepared .. we hated it that much. We don’t recommend it.

The staff were awesome. Very friendly and after 6 days there they almost felt like family. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and quiet. Our family loved the Ramada in Frisco.

This property is worth about 150/night max. If you pay more than that you’ll be disappointed. Rooms were clean and comfortable but small. Breakfast decent and hot tub marginal plus one didn’t work. Someone needs to clean and fix leaks and storage closets. Staff were GREAT esp Alex especially if you appreciate British humor. I got the feeling the staff was doing the best they could w an aging facility.

We needed a place close to the highway and fun activities for the kids. There was a Walmart across the street and a rental shop for the kids sleds. The hotel also has sleds for anyone to use free of charge- first come first serve. This hotel did not disappoint. The continental breakfast was perfect, the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will stay here again
