A nice hotel and the staff is helpful and great. The bedding is great and I like their mattress. I have a good sleep during my stay! This is the best mattress compared to the hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom design needs to improve a bit. When you close the bathroom door, the door is too close to the toilet, within 1 inch. And you have to stand aside which is a bit annoying. A few homeless people lie on the grass (roadside) next to the parking lot. I know the hotel cannot do anything about this, but it worried me. And I have to find a parking spot away from the roadside. The parking area close to the convention center is pretty dark at night and makes me feel unsafe.

There is no electric charges for cars and the place that we were recommended next door charge $55 for an hour. This is unacceptable to offer some sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience and cost of the convention center chargers. I was extremely disappointed.

I loved this hotel. Had everything I wanted. Walkable to all of downtown Visalia. Many restaurants and shops to choose from. I absolutely loved it. I use gym it was nice. Hotel had a nice breakfast to chose from. Close to College of Sequoias. They have live music. I didn’t go, but that’s a great feature. I recommend this hotel

Why even have staff? Was completely ignored until practically yelling at them. Really, we used our social skills. Too bad your staff have none. Even when I did get their precious time, they gave attitude and couldn’t/wouldn’t answer my simple questions. Thought I was paying for some kind of service here but just wasted my money.
