No front desk, just a tiny office that's closed and you have to call one of the numbers posted on the door to get someone to come over to unlock the "office" and check you in. They claimed that the credit card machine didn't work and asked if i could pay in cash. I refused then left. While in my car looking for another hotel nearby, they called me and said i can pay with a credit card. I only went back because there weren't any other accommodations nearby. They had me go to the market nextdoor that they also own to pay for my hotel with a credit card. Seriously? My room was on the second floor and they didn't have an elevator. The room was basic at best. The bed was awful (kids bed frame with a crap mattress), uncomfortable, and dirty (i called to have the sheets replaced and they managed to do that). The only chair in the room was stained and dirty. Obviously run by a family, but I'm never going back. The entire area didn't feel safe. This place might be a step above a Motel 6.

Best hotel in Kerman
It is the only Hotel that is on its best condition in the city near Mendota and Fresno. the viewing of the funeral was right by the corner. They also have a store by the parking lot. check it out. Besides that it still needs some cleanliness. But it doable to stay in. I have no complaints.

This spot was great location where I was going too. Check-in we had to call a number because person work both there and the store in front. They came quick They gave us a room down stair. Opening the door at the room it looked “clean”. I put some waters in the fridge and saw a container in there and it was half eaten they forgot to clean it then my daughter was walking. Bare foot and has black of dirt also in bathroom saw an open bar soap. Then bed cover had yellow stain on it too. If would of been clean I will give it a 10 need improvement

WiFi service was spotty. No elevator, no chair in the room, difficulty with my key. No manager in the office or on the property when I needed help. Main street was noisy. No coffee or dining of any kind, other than the wimpy one-cup coffee maker in the room. Bed was OK. Room was clean.
