Good location close to the airport. In need of refurbishing, carpet worn and stained. The included breakfast was bakery items or a waffle from the one waffle iron. People lined up waiting to use it all the time we stopped to get coffee. No daily room cleaning, but you can get fresh towels at the check in counter. Interesting that in California with water restrictions, the hotel still had 3.5 gallon per flush toilets.

The property is dated. We booked because we wanted the pool bit discovered at check in the pool was closed for maintenance. Wish we had a heads up prior to arrival.

We love staying here! This is our 4th time if not more! It is very conveniently located to the airport but also a short Uber/Lyft drive into Fresno or Old Town Clovis! The Staff here is amazing and so so so nice! It's quiet here and the rooms are spacious and clean! The breakfast is always yummy and a nice perk! Thank you for keeping up the niceness, quietness and friendliness of this hotel! We will be back!

Rooms were clean. We were told that if we wanted/needed rooms cleaned or clean towels to contact front desk. Checking in was a good friendly experience. Alex at the front desk was very friendly and courteous and always greeted us whenever we went into main lobby.

We booked thru Exoedia & after checking in we found out next day the pool has been under maintenance & will not be open during our whole stay. Plus we thought there was hot breakfast but nothing for eggs just waffles. Building is very out dated & run down. Bed qas at least comfortable. Very disappointed we would have went elsewhere. Had many other options but thought this was a reputable hotel. I feel we should get some typee of credit or compensation. No management to talk to.
