Likely the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Room wasn’t clean when we entered.. trash wasn’t emptied; used towel hanging in the closet; useful washcloth in the dresser; someone’s pee on the bathroom floor. So gross. The heater was very very loud. Wi-Fi kept dropping every minute. The real kicker was the bed.. we reserved a king room but got a double/full sized bed. Staff gaslighted us said it was definitely a king. Liars.

Noise level was expected next to the freeway. Rooms were very dirty and reeked of carpet powder. First room my son and I broke out in a rash. Staff was very accommodating to get us another room. He looked like he was bouncing around due to people having the same issues. Second room had rat feces in the carpet and a rat hole in the island. We left the property after that. Our money was refunded and we had no choice but to pay double at another hotel.

I loved the pet area right outside the back door of the hotel, which was convenient at 6am when I had to take them outside! The room was very clean except for the TV remote, which was sticky. Used a wipe to clean it. The shower was great. The room had everything I needed, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The reason I gave the room a 4 was the AC/heating unit. It kept waking me up because after it shut off it would click several times, which woke me up throughout the night. I should have gotten up to shut it off but I also didn’t want to be cold. I would stay there again. Also, it is close to different restaurants.

Dont book if there’s ANY chance of emergency AWFUL
I never made it. My tire blew in Oregon while driving from WA to San Diego and caused our trip to be delayed, we couldn’t make it for our one night & couldn’t cancel by 6pm the day before as I was on the side of I-5 figuring out a tow truck to get to a tire shop by 6pm (tire shops all closed at 6pm) Tried to explain my situation & the Gal was rude with no manager on duty to talk to. Hotels.com tried to talk with them. NO exceptions on cancellations at all. So they took my $100, I had to pay for a separate hotel and was out $500 for tires AND they were rude about it. They only care about money, not the customer 😡 so I can imagine the service there is TERRIBLE

Carpet and walls in corridor was a little dingy but the room was clean ( the sofa in the king room had holes on the left arm which gives you that dingy feel again … other than. That it was nice and clean good breakfast area and food free:)
