I went to check-in and was told their key-maker was not working. So they checked me in and brought me to my room but left me with no key. I left the hotel to go out for the evening and came back and had to be let in the hotel, and then wait at the desk to be let in to my room. The gentleman working in the evening let me know they had given my room to someone else who had checked in, but they saw all my belongings as asked for a different room. They had access to all my things! NOT OKAY in anyway. Very poorly run hotel. Plus there are people that hang around out back all night smoking and drinking on the bike path benches. Never felt safe staying there.

Hotel is in a decent part of town, but there is a walking trail with benches right behind it, and there were shady characters out there all night smoking and drinking. Did not feel safe leaving my car there. My room was spacious, but covered in dust and everything was old and run down. Chips in all the wood furniture, carpet old and stained. The toilet broke the first time I flushed it and so maintenance had to come fix it, and then it ran water constantly for 2 days. The shower curtain was ripped in multiple places and did not keep water in the shower, so the floor got soaking wet. The water pressure in the shower was terrible so it takes twice as long to wash your hair. And the water in the shower never got hot enough. I had the knob turned all the way to the left and it was luke-warm the whole time. I will never stay at home of these hotels again.

friendly staff, breakfast was ok, hotel was run down, room was old and run down, you could hear the cracks, cleanliness ok, sofa bed was dirty, they didn't even have bed sheets or cover sheets when I asked to use on the sofa bed - which is very very unacceptable, will not stay again

Okay but not great.

The tv remote did not work after 3 attempts to fix. Mini fridge in room made odd noise so unplugged. Shower curtain did not fully close so toilet paper roll got wet from shower. 3 times there was no one at the front desk to ask for assistance for at least 10 minutes.

The hotel is run down. The furniture is worn, the toilet ran, fan was attached to the ceiling. The breakfast was microwaved and did not stay stocked.

It had a lot of wear and tear… took a shower and the shower head was broken spilled water all over the floor wet my clothes my slippers everything. Informed the front desk and they just said we didn’t move the shower curtain into the tub that’s why the water spilled. But we did… it’s just an older hotel it’s all. Need some loving and care.
