Time to upgrade?
The bed was shot, needs to be replaced. We found somebody else's long black hairs inside our bedspread (neither one of us have long black hair). Breakfast choices are marginal at best. Employees working the front desk were friendly and helpful. Hotel had a nice elevator to ride.

Surprisingly, the Breakfast was Way better than i was expecting it to be. Front desk was always polite n engaging. But room keys were Very difficult to use (think the sensors are wearing). As well, the Shower Curtain Rod was never well anchored to the wall, you could see where it had been retried a few times before (they need a more Knowledgable handyman or installer), but you can never anchor something that heavy just straight to drywall.., i let the front desk know the same thing.

The staff at this hotel was VERY courteous & respectful!! When I went down to the lobby to ask for towels, the gentleman at the front desk said he’d bring some to our room (he was by himself). When he came up to our room, he had the towels & extra linens for a pullout bed for our grandchildren. I offered him a $5 tip, but he politely refused & said to keep it for the grandchildren which I thought was very sweet! Anytime we needed anything the front desk was always polite & fast in taking care of us. The only negative I have is that the room needs renovations. The door frame was coming off, the water pressure in the shower was poor, the pullout bed needs to be replaced.

Found hair in the sink and shower. Took away that clean feel. Tv remote didn’t work, our room smoke detector went off for no apparent reason and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and our toilet clogged very easily the second morning. However staff were very nice and helpful.

Stayed for one night. Check-in was quick and easy, felt welcomed! Room was clean and cozy. It was in a good area, quiet at night. A decent amount of restaurant choices not to far away. If you need anything essential, stores are within short driving distance also.

My trucks window was shattered and multiple items were stolen while I was a guest parked in their lot. No one responded to my truck alarming, video surveillance could not see that part of the parking lot because of a tree, lot is poorly lit and I was told the video quality is so poor a thief couldn't be identified anyways...so the police said there can be no investigation. There could be many measures taken to make this hotel parking lot much safer.
