Go for it!

Excellent location! There is lots of stuff around to do and restaurants to eat at. Good mix of shopping. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom well stocked.

Great stay, SO close to the airport. Super friendly staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. Our flight was canceled so we had to spend an extra couple nights there and they made everything so easy for us. Breakfast is awesome and the pool was actually lovely!

Enjoy the stay.

I was a little frightened when I pulled up. The property looked a little rough. Then I realized they were in the middle of a project to repaint. Once inside it was very nice. Mika at the front desk was amazing. The odds on favorite for employee of the year. She was very helpful. The accessible room was nice. Bed not to high to make transferring easy. Once suggestion... the bench in the roll-in shower is at the opposite end as the shower head. How is one supposed to reach the shower wand when seated that far away? Maybe the bench could be relocated to the back wall under the shower.

If I could, I'd give this a 4.5 rating. Best customer service from a US hotel. From the minute we arrived, they gave us bottled water and called our room to make sure the accomodations were good. Plenty of hotel parking and good (and free) breakfast options. Hotel is within walkable distance to downtown Hanford with plenty of night lighting. What wasn't so great? It's close to railroad tracks, so if you are a light sleeper this could bother you. On the other hand, they provide free ear plugs for this reason. Also, the property needs face lift. Overall I'd stay here again

The Picture on the wall, but the food is always great, hospitality is always great, the neighborhood was ok. But the first thing you see on the news is that there were 2 murders and a stabbing about a mile a way doesn’t make me feel safe.

The hotel is too close to the rail road tracks. You can hear the warning horn from the train at all times of the day and night.
