Average hotel, but with large rooms
Doesn’t have elevator. There is coffee in the lobby, except when you need it at 5am in the morning. You have to wait for breakfast to open at 6am, or make your own coffee in the room. Breakfast options (hot food) limited for vegetarians. Don’t expect warm greetings at front desk or anything like that. Curtains are a joke. The roller type shade doesn’t fully cover the window, and the parking floodlights are lighting your room all night. If you need a dark room to sleep, good luck!

The property was clean, well maintained and dog friendly. The bed was really comfortable and the scrambled eggs are the best.

Meh!
Older hotel. Clean and everything worked. Breakfast sausage patties were “dubious” and there wasn’t much other choice. Pet fee ($40) is too high. My dog has never ever damaged or soiled anything. Lower the fee and take a damage deposit.

I really appreciate the room was simple but very nice, with plenty of room, what I liked the most was the bed was perfect, mattress was in excellent condition like new.

Very clean, large rooms with comfortable beds, good hot breakfast, plenty of free parking. Not much to walk to in the area. They allow dogs, whose barking unfortunately woke me up in the morning. Room had a noisy heater, but they moved us to another room without any fuss. The curtains/blinds allowed in too much light from the brightly lit parking lot. All rooms are away from the main road.

I always try in stay here when we come Intk tulare n it’s always wonderful n comfortable but this time I had an older room n it was not big old out dated n the beds were horrible the hardest springs I ever slept on woke up in so much pain n there wax thin covers on bed had to ask for more blankets my other rooms n stay was never like this the breakfast is always awesome but did this trip a waist of money on hard beds

Terribly bad smelling 2nd floor "suite". Got worse as night went on. Was a mix of urine and mold. Absolutely terrible. Extremely loud heating unit. All. Night. Long. Needed to use the phone to call out of area but could not. Manager who was at home would not help onsite clerk to fix the issue. Rough night. Couldn't wait to leave.

The lady at take front desk was friendly and talkative. She answered all my questions. The room was nice and spacious. It was clean. The restroom was small but clean. The bed wasn’t to comfortable but it wasn’t horrible but it was clean . I would stay again

The only complaint I have is that our room was near the noisiest ice machine I’ve ever heard. (#121) and the kitchen, so didn’t get such a great sleep with people filling their metal water bottles. I think if we wouldn’t have been near the ice machine, I could give the whole experience four stars.
