Our room was dirty. The carpet had stains everywhere. There was mold in the ceiling. We were moved to another room. The other room had a dirty towel inside the closet, trash and hair in the bed sheets. We will never come back!!!

A week to rest

The front desk greeted me and made me feel welcome. The room was nice and spacious the bathroom was a little smaller than i had expected but still enough space. The maides are fast and efficient and your left alone which is how I like it. I like the least amount of interaction with any hotel staff because I don't want to feel like I'm at a hotel. I rather think of everyone as friends and room mates doing our own thing. It is nice to know that they are there if I need them though. Nice place to stay, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I would like to see a better variety for the breakfast but it was still good. So I would definitely recommend a stay here if your in Fremont, CA

Staff were courteous, professional and made you feel welcome. Beds really comfy, pillow topped and plush blankets. Room amenities better than many 5 star hotels. I will definitely return.

The rooms are nice. I would recommend for others to stay. The carpeting is horrible. There are stains and holes in the carpet. Room 419 has a hole in the carpet. The room otherwise is very nice.

Water never got warm. Everything is dirty due to old place. Not the maids fault place is just way out dated. Hispanic guy in front desk is weirdly rude. Probably intimidated by real men. Guy was weird, is the only word I could use to describe the guy. 150$ deposit was also weird. Stayed at way nicer places and never more than 100$ deposit

The stay was good but check-in could be better.

The stay was good. But the guy at the front desk was not hospitable at all. No information provided about breakfast, wi-fi, gym, or anything. Just gave the room # and the key card.

The hallways are dirty carpets need vacuuming. Security doors do not lock from homeless entering building at night. Breakfast is a waste of tome, cold coffee, community yogurt and cream cheese.
