I picked because reviews were decent, decent pics, and it was priced above what I know are cheap motels. Got same experience as would expect at a Super 8: Loud adult activities in the next room, spring mattress, the cable didn’t work well and completely shut down around 1am, fixtures that were not well maintained. Very mid, they were overpriced compared to competitors nearby in my opinion. Check in process was easy and they were nice. It worked for my experience because I came into town with a friend to go to a party, so we weren’t there long. I would not recommend bringing kids here.

The property was riddled with roaches. I was given clean towels with stains on them and both the furniture and floors was visibly damaged.

Marginal in Freeport

A marginal quality motel on the water in Freeport NY. Reasonably clean with lots of hot and very soft Freeport water in the shower. Property is a bit run down. Our king mattress was broken down in the middle causing both sides to uncomfortably tilt towards a central "canyon". Lots of TV channels, but no guide to decipher how to find your channel of interest. Room had safe and mini-fridge, but no microwave. This property has seen better days.

Nice Hideaway Stay!

Stay was very comfortable and quiet for the most part. Very clean. However though, people staying on the weekend night standing outside their room smoking cigarettes, their smoke was being sucked into my room thru the heating unit in the wall under the window to the outdoor balcony walkway. But otherwise, a good stay.

We booked rooms for our family from out of town for the holidays. They were overjoyed at the size of their rooms and the friendly staff. We are making this hotel our go to place for future get togethers. Great place!
