Desk staff seemed quite timid, except for one with a somewhat gruff manner who would suddenly appear and take over whenever I asked a question. Sometimes she didn't understand my question / forgot to mention something, which created some minor confusion. She would get short tempered when this happened and on more than one occasion, she stomped off in a huff with her back to me while answering my question and telling me how she had done everything right, etc. I was surprised by this and found myself trying to keep things nice and make her feel like its all ok. These were simply things that were of little consequence (there were hangers missing from our room and we enquired about laundry facilities). I really just wanted to get things done and be on my way. Later it occurred to me that it made me feel bad. We only spent two nights, but if we stayed longer I would have avoided asking anymore questions. That's not how a hotel should want guests to feel.

I always love this hotel. We had a room with a separate room for the kids, it had 2 twin beds! They loved it! Only downfall is no pool for the kids! Breakfast is always hot, and plentyful!

The windows let all sounds get in I couldn’t sleep well with the noise of the wind and the bed sheets were a little old the bottom ones were like sand on my legs
