Lobby and breakfast area were nicely appointed and updated. Baseboard missing in spots in main corridors but possibly due to renovations? Carpet in our room had a couple of large stains and appeared dirty. One bed was wrinkled, almost as though someone had laid on the made bed prior to our arrival. Bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels. There was room for improvement, but we did have a nice stay overall. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable.

We booked a suite & we’re told on arrival it was unavailable/double booked. We prepaid for this room/paid extra for a suite but were told by the hotel they could not reimburse us, we’d have to contact Expedia. I chatted with an online person who said they couldn’t do refunds. They gave us a # to call & all directory options were unaccessible! Very scammy!!

Hotel is good value for the money, but, breakfast area was dirty every morning and housekeeping did not empty garbages or replace towels in our room or even clean anything. It seems that they just pulled up our bedsheets and left. I would rather they not go in the room at all if they weren’t going to clean it.
