Worst stay ever! Elevator was not working and the Room that was paid for was unavailable then it was but had broken furniture. Toilet didn’t flush properly and the shower/tub was a death trap. They promised a discount but then said no at checkout time because a hadn’t booked directly with them.

Elevator was down, it was stair access only. I understand upgrades need to happen, but there was no offer of staff to help ANYONE lug bags up several floors of stairs. Greeting staff was average. Floors are not carpet thus you hear more foot traffic

The hotel is a bit dated, the elevator was broken and our toilet was broken as well, it ran noisily all night long, maintenance guy never showed up to fix it. Unfortunately, the people across the hall had kids yelling and screaming and running the halls till about 1 AM. The staff were very friendly at check in, and at breakfast though!

Very outdated, furniture from the 80's and also falling apart. Chairs and walls peeling off, faucet was loose, many ladybugs kept coming from the window. Receptionist not friendly and elevator didn’t work and we were given a room in the fourth floor, even though in my reservation they could see I had kids. Definitely won't be back.
