Property is dated. No elevator to upper floors. I had to "upgrade" to get a room on the ground floor, because those rooms have king beds and I only paid for a queen. Parking spots allocated to ground floor rooms is nice.

English will follow Service très courtois, effort fait pour être comprise en français. Chambre spacieuse et impeccable. Petit bémol : Je ne comprends pas pourquoi une réservation de 5 personnes dans une chambre de 3 lits doubles ne contient que 3 serviettes (et même pas d'autres offertes à l'arrivée). Endroit sans ascenseur, l'offre pour aider aux bagages n'est proposée qu'une fois l'irritation de monter beaucoup de bagages jusqu'en haut a été démontrée. Pour la prochaine fois : spécifier le premier étage. ;) Coup de coeur : 1- J'ai oublié des choses dans la chambre. J'ai été rapidement appelé pour me le dire. Ils m'ont gardé les objets que j'ai pu récupérer sur le chemin du retour. 2- Plusieurs prises pour connecter les appareils. 3- Déjeuner vraiment wow inclus. Merci beaucoup. Je reviendrai. Very courteous service, effort made to be understood in French. Spacious and spotless room. Small downside: I don't understand why a reservation for 5 people in a room with 3 double beds only contains 3 towels (and not even others offered on arrival). Place without elevator, the offer to help with luggage is only offered once the irritation of carrying a lot of luggage to the top has been demonstrated. For next time: specify the first floor. Favorite: 1- I forgot things in the room. I was quickly called to tell me. They saved the items for me that I was able to pick up on the way back. 2- Several sockets to connect devices. 3- Really wow lunch included. Thank you, I will come back.

The room was left to be desired had a smell but the room itself was fairly clean. Breakfast was terrible powdered eggs that were over cooled then put into a warming tray with water at the bottom of it. Sausages looked like they were boiled then put into a warming tray also. Not fit to feed a starving dog. Will not be staying here again

This was a pleasant property and a great place for an overnight stop. However, the area had lots to do for a longer stay and appeared to be very family friendly. The room was good and comfortable. The breakfast was limited, but tasty. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The building was in poor condition, minor updates here and there but the old carpet in the hallways was beyond dirty and the whole building smelled like a cat’s litter box. Literally put a towel under the door crack and ran the bathroom exhaust with the window open. No elevator. Old A/C. The staff were friendly and helpful but the building is past its life expectancy.

I stayed for two nights and I could not sleep because the curtains were too short and the lights from the hall lit up the room. Our toilet and shower had a separate room from the sink which was very inconvenient. The floor in our room had a big crack right down the center which made a tricky to walk in your room and bare feet. The only thing I'd like was the location because it was close to a lot of things
