I appreciated the convenience of the location! No need for Uber, we were so close to everything, dining, bars and shopping! The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were super clean!

We were only there for 1 night. Spontaneous trip, we didn’t even have luggage. Stopped at Walmart for toothbrushes/paste. lol Breakfast was good people very friendly and rooms very clean!

45th Wedding Anniversary in Fredricksburg, TX
First, the staff gave us a very warm, happy welcome. The hotel is in a great location on old town Main St in Fredericksburg TX. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, wine tasting and winery’s. Breakfasts were hot and fresh and good. The lady running the room did a great job. Saturday night, we sat by the fire pit, toasting our 45th anniversary. Also, walking in and around our hotel, I felt safe. And that is important to me. It seems it is a much older hotel. It needs a facelift and room remodels. Unfortunately, our room had problems. We had a king bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable. The chair is a little rickety. The bathroom had a little mold on the upper wall near the ceiling. I slipped down in the tub. Nothing to hold onto. Not as young as I used to be, but all hotel baths need safety bars in the tub area. The room could’ve been cleaned better. And lastly, no smoke alarm. This would be an excellent hotel if at least rooms like ours were completely remodeled.

Anniversary trip to Fredricksburg
Great trip, older hotel but was kept well. Check in was a breeze, we hit there before 1500 check in but our room wasn’t ready, so we left the car and walked uptown to see Fredricksburg’s charm. Two pools and a spa while it was mid December the water was sparkling clear and clean. Room was spacious and CLEAN. It’s an older place but I would recommend it and stay again. Staff was 10 Star plus. Breakfast was better than some named chains have visited, and the lady in duty waz amazing. They need keep her for her exuberance!

Check in experience. Ŵe reserved and paid for an Executive King Suite. We got a king room .Very comfortable room. But front desk was combative when we questioned which room we had gotten. Definitely did not have a sofa in it. I am surprised the hotel has such good ratings. It's comfortable snd quiet, but not somewhere I would intentionally stay again.

Great stay
All was great, check in was easy and lady at the counter was very nice. The room was very big and spacious for our family of 4. It was clean and comfortable bed’s . Walking distance to downtown area, which was great. Hot breakfast and other options were great. Will stay again.
