Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It's just a really, really, really old rundown place. Quite honestly, I'm surprised it's still operational. When I pulled in, it looked like one of those abandoned hotels that you drive by that shut down 5 or 10 years ago. I wasn't sure that it was actually open.
I was actually surprised that the toilet and bathtub were cleaned as well as they were, and that the beds seem to have clean sheets and tables and floors were clean and non-sticky. The walls and infrastructure were clearly falling apart with cracks and plaster looking like it was coming off, gaps between floor tile and the wall where there was a lot of dirt, small bugs here and there. I guess cockroaches that were quite little. But it's kind of what I expected for 50 bucks a night. If your former military, you won't really care because you're just looking for survival mode, but if you're the family thinking you're getting a deal, you might want to just bring an extra 50 bucks and go elsewhere. Considering the age and condition of the infrastructure, I'm surprised they manage it as well as they do.
