We stayed in cottage 21 in January. Arrived in evening, parked in assigned covered space right next to our cottage, got the new heater going with a kind little maintenance man, and enjoyed everything about this cute property. Spotlessly clean, loved the nice big shower, & great water pressure. Got a great recommendation that evening for the best steak we’ve ever eaten! Shopped next day, & on to our next adventure. Thank you for an excellent stay. It should get 200 stars!

Had to really look hard not to give this place a 6
Older motel but my room was totaly remodeled as of late. Very cleen and neet. Thje bed was a little too soft is only thing I found that I had a problem with but that is a personal choice and not applicable to everyone. Other than the bed everything else was very good.

This was really nice experience. The room was cozy. The staff is nice and helpful. Area is quit and 2 min walking from main st. We stayed for 2 nights and there wasn't room service after day 1 (no change of towels).

This is a great place to stay. It was great for us. We stayed one night. Very clean and comfortable. Like a small cabin. The best part was that we arrived early and the room was ready. I would stay again.

The heater is located directly above the bed so every time it turned on, there was a loud noise in the wall. It kept waking us up all night. Staff was friendly but the room was not as nice as the pictures depicted.

We loved staying here! The property was nice, staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and cute. We were able to walk to pretty much anything we needed. We only drove a couple times during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Fredricksburg!

This an obviously updated old fashioned Motor Hotel, but has a neat character about it. A small courtyard in the drivvearea has outdor seating, and our unit had it's own "carport", albeit designed for smaller vehicles than our 21st century one. All in al it made for a pleasant stay, and was within reasonable walking distance from Main Street. We were in town for the Christmas season.

Made an overnight trip to Fredericksburg to play tourist and see the Christmas display at the Marketplatz. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There is a convenient pet area. Will stay again.

My first stay at the Peach Tree although I've stayed at other properties in Fredericksburg before. This was located near the Main Street area which allowed us to walk to several places (parking is always a pain). The room as comfortable and I had a good night's sleep both nights of our stay. I'd stay here again.
