Our room was comfortable enough, but had none of the charm shown in the site photos. Standard low end motel room with indoor/outdoor carpet & a couple antique looking items. The bed was simply a mattress on a metal frame. No adaptation was made for charging today’s devices in an older facility. Outlets were scarce & used by other items, lamps, etc.

This is a nice motel. All the necessities are there, it’s clean and it’s a short walk to Main Street, with a sidewalk all the way. The breakfast is basic with no seating area but it’s quite OK. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

We had a party at the Blue House and there was a lot of rooms for everyone in my family. The house is just blocks away from Main Street which allowed guest to shop without having to drive. The workers at the facility were very helpful and cordial. We stay at the Peach Tree when in Fredericksburg and will continue.

We stayed in the suites... which are essentially off property behind a storage facility. We had no soap and water-dilluted single-use shampoo. The stand alone spa's water smelled and is located next to the highway which was anything but relaxing. The pool towels they gave us were the size of loin cloths. Breakfast consisted of stale bagels with no cream cheese. All in all it was OK, not terrible, but we will probably not be back.
