I used EXPEDIA option to purchase insurance on this hotel. EXPEDIA being my travel broker on this trip did not cancel my trip upon our specific call to cancel booking. EXPEDIA and hotel ownership denied my credit and did not honor the additional insurance purchased on EXPEDIA. DO NOT BUY travel insurance. It is a scam and they do not support their claim. I had a valid cancellation reason. BAD TRANACTION ALL AROUND.

Liked there were food and bar service options. The proximity to my travel locations was very good. Staff was very personable and helpful. Getting hot water in the sink and bath tub took a very long time on the fourth floor.

Shame on Hilton to offer a buffet breakfast starting at $9.99 to $21 dollars. Processed food of minimal selections, I saw diced potatoes and flat pieces of ham. The coffee was free? There was no tea or hot chocolate. Why offer breakfast at all.

unhappy staff and terrible buffet
Check-in/out were easy and desk staff were polite. However, cleaning staff and serving staff appeared overworked, exhausted and unhappy. The room was fine. The buffet (which was a 15$ charge to our room) was staffed by one person who was not refreshing the food, had to be asked multiple times to supply utensils, bowls, etc. The food had been sitting out, getting old, The yogurt was 20 days past the sell by date, the cereal was stale. They tried to charge us 50dollars (with tip) for this awful breakfast. I will likely not stay at this location again, or at least not eat the food.
