An excellent hotel. A complimentary shuttle every 20 minutes to both Terminal 1 and 2 operates 24 hours a day. The hotel is close to the airport but is also like an oasis of relaxation.

The shuttle bus is convenient, the hotel is well-managed, the restaurant staff were great, the room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the other restaurant- Unterschweinstiege- is closed many days of the week. I was really looking forward to eating there, and was disappointed that they weren't even open on a Saturday.

It was just a place to sleep before our flight back home. Not really conveniently located to anything but the airport. Shuttle service was great but the terminal 1 bus fills up extremely quickly by flight crews. It runs often but it was pretty well packed every time

Great Stay

Everything was exceptional at the hotel. However, I would change the instructions on how to get on the shuttle at terminal 2. It's very general. This resulted our family & another to be overlooked by the driver , resulting in a 20 minute extra wait time.

A roadside motel would be better - DISGUSTING!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! Stay away!! In English, then in German. Auf Englisch, dann auf deutsch. Lobby area and restaurants are nice, and that’s where the “good” ends. The room was the absolute worst room I’ve ever stayed in anywhere! A roadside motel would have been nicer. Nasty cobwebs in the corners. Black mold on the sink fixtures. Swarms of mosquitos in the windows. There’s no AC, no ventilation, and you can’t open the windows because of the bugs. First thing we did was to get rid of about 35 mosquitos that were already in the room. Incredibly uncomfortable mattresses. Shampoo and conditioner in same bottle. No wash cloths. Glass doors in bathroom and toilet, don’t share room with anyone that shouldn’t see you there. No natural light in the room, and no good lamps either. We were basically in a dark, hot, stinky cave. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Schlimmstes Hotel aller Zeiten! Zimmer war schmutzig: Spinnennetze in den Ecken und schwarzer Schimmel an den Badamaturen. Keine Klimaanlage, keine Ventilation, und die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, da ein ganzer Schwarm Stechmücken darin lebt. Absolut ekelhaft! Kein natürliches Licht kommt rein, und keine auszureichenden Lampen im Zimmer. Wir haben die Nacht in einer dunklen, heißen, stinkenden, dreckigen Höhle verbracht. Die Matratzen sind auch unbequem, und Shampoo und Spülung ist in der gleichen Flasche. ABSOLUT EKELHAFT!! NICHT BUCHEN!!! Wortwörtlich jedes andere Hotel ist eine besserer Wahl!

This was a great place to stay for a short trip to Frankfurt. The shuttle bus from the airport was so convenient and we used it the following day to get to and from the airport train station. It also was used to get the complementary bus to our River cruise. The service at the front desk was excellent!
