Lovely upscale hotel. Shuttle to and from the airport about every 20 minutes. Very quiet and well maintained. Great place to stay if going to the Frankfurt Airport the next day.

the restaurants were not good and very expensive. we had dinner at Unterschweinstiege, it was Ok, only and also over expensive for what we ate, but we stayed there with a friend since it was raining .the wine was very good. we hat a local Rhein spät Burgunder which was the high light of the meal.

I used the self-checkin kiosk in the lobby. When I got my room number and card key I went up to my room, which was occupied by another guest!! imagine my surprise. I had to go back to the lobby and I was issued a new key card and room, but no explanation or apology. In my book that's a pretty big mess-up!! Talk about safety and privacy of your guests!!! :-(

Great location for flights in and out of Frankfurt airport. Well appointed hotel and held our luggage before check in time as we returned the rental car. There is a shuttle that is supposed to run every 20 minutes but waited 45 minutes. Driver only stopped for 10 seconds as we tried to stop him. He was supposed to stop at gate E8 but blew past E8 and stopped at gate E9 for only 10 seconds. Had to call hotel staff to have him come back, 10-15 minutes. To the Hotel's credit they apologized and comped us with breakfast vouchers. This incident aside, a very nice hotel with many nice features. Restaurant a little pricey.

What i didn't like was we arrived at 8:30am and could not get into our room until 3:30 / 4:30 because they were waiting for the room to be cleaned. They keep saying the rooms were all booked. To later find out that the person who was in the room we were suppose to be in did not want to leave, and extended their stay. In the room we had booked Not thinking about the 8 hour flight we had from Atlanta Georgia. When we got in our room there was no hand towel to bathe, no robes, the television was only programmed to speak German. We booked this room" executive suite" 7 months in advance so that our experience would be a great one. The good part was Mr..Nash was by far the most professional, people person, showed the best hospitality, friendly and informative the whole time we were there. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bar and restaurants were good. The service with the exception of Mr.Nash could use improvement

The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle to and from the FRA airport. Friendly staff, mattress not great, no air conditioning, clean. It was ok for a one night stay. I would not stay for an extended period.

Free hotel shuttle, I inquired twice about the details by e mail through the hotels.com app and never heard back. Very slow check in at the front desk, seems they need to improve their system. My complimentary drink was charged 9 euros. 30 euros for a burger. Room was descent and had a good nights sleep. Good tv channels.

I did not receive the VIP benefit I was supposed to. The food was overpriced and mediocre (both breakfast buffet and dinner options, which cost additional money) The condition of the furniture in the room was subpar. The headboard of my bed was completely ruined. Sound-proofig was very bad. Every time the person in the room next to me went in and out of their room, the door banged and my entire wall shook. I had a double bed but only 1 pillow and one thin blanket. I kind of expected the bedding to be more pampering.
