Pleasant stay
Very good airport hotel. Shuttle bus is convenient to commute from Frankfurt airport arrival to hotel back and fro. Porter service is friendly and helpful. Grateful to their kind assistance as I have a lot of luggages. Complimentary 2 bottles of high quality mineral water is much appreciated. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the young lady who helped to tag my luggage for stowage. Food at the lobby bar is worth a mention. Tried the carrot and ginger soup which is surprisingly very delicious and stomach warming for the cold temperature. Not overly salted and has its authentic carrot and ginger flavour. The fried chicken wings is also well seasoned and fried to perfection. Will not forget this discovery. My big compliment to the chef. I will return for the soup and chicken wings:) And of course to this hotel again for future stop over. Thank you to all the staff that has been kind and helpful to me. Take care.

For a night before a flight, it was excellent. Has decent food onsite, breakfast is not super cheap but great and convenient and beats Airplane or Airport food; I would book it with the stay. I can highly recommend to stay here. Shuttle runs about every half hour, takes a while to see where it leaves from but asking people helps and the ride is quick and comfortable.

This is the second time I have stayed here and the staff are amazing. The food is great. There is an airport shuttle every 20 minutes. It is a great place to stay in Frankfurt if you need to catch a flight.

It is always a pleasure to stay at this fine facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in Frankfurt. By booking through Expedia, we are almost always assured a ADA room or a room that isn't a popular room. This was a "Jr Suite" upgrade. It was weirdly decorated, lighting that wasn't very functional. Light switches that did nothing. No wall decorations. Quiet however, for being need airport. #460 was in the Executive wing and need the elevator, but we didn't hear it. Having bus to terminal was the best thing. Dining menu limited. Great server in dining room that has been there decades. Other reception staff seem perfunctory and not welcoming. Will look elsewhere next time!

Living off their laurels.
This used to be a nice hotel. Their was mold in the shower. If you count on getting Netflix and the like, book a different hotel. Their chromecast did not work and both receptionists as well as the conserge were incapable of helping. Minimal bathroom items. A poorly made burger cost $27. Very disappointing all around.
