Room was clean,bed was comfy for me (I do not like soft mat),It was so nice for me that the room had a mini fridge!!! The location was good that easy to reach Frankfurt airport (FRA) by train or Bus even though you can reach T2 on foot in 15 minutes.

This was a single night trip due to a long layover. Close tonairport, 15-20 cab ride orni am sure public transportation is available. Taxi's are right outside in the morning foe convenience.

The hotel was great but I expected to be able to get a shuttle to the airport. I had to take a taxi. Also the man who checked in the guest in front of me did not seem to be very friendly and I was glad I got to check in with the lady.

I chose the property based on how it looked on the Hotels.com app. However, once there it was very subpar. The room smelled of smoke and the carpet was dirty. It was the carpet with lots of patterns so you couldn’t really see the stains, but it was really creepy. The room was extremely basic. However, the Bed sheets We’re very clean. The breakfast was extremely basic. The coffee machine tasted as if it had not ever been cleaned. I would definitely never stay here again.

Drawbacks: This property feels worn and in need of a significant refresh, with faulty electrical systems posing concerns in the room. Only one elevator was functional, creating frustrating delays. To make matters worse, there is no airport shuttle service, and the absence of a telephone in the room means you’re left stranded when electrical issues arise. Furthermore, the TV casting feature is completely inoperative. On the positive side: The Wi-Fi connection was impressively reliable.
