this review is all about Leonie. she was the nicest host we have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel. she was kind and courteous in every way. she even went out of her way to get us some ice and did it all with a beautiful smile. From this day forward every time we cross through Germany and we do it often, we will make sure we go to the Blasky just to see her again Loenie made our trip so rewarding we cant stop talking about her fantastic outlook toward the customers. Tuve problema con el ingreso. Al llegar la misma no estaba aunque se realizó la compra con más de dos meses de anticipación. El problema es que no tenían habitación disponible. Luego nos enviaron a un hotel de paso, mal ubicado, con mal olor y hasta moscas en la habitación. Tuvimos hablar de nuevo a the Blasky y amenazar con que realizaran devolución de lo pagado y hasta allí nos dieron la habitación. Para esto ya había pagado el impuesto de la ciudad €17 y €16 por el taxi de regreso que no reembolsaron, siendo un problema del hotel por no saber manejar el caso.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We needed a place to eat for our anniversary and the woman up front took time to google a couple of restaurants in the area that she knew were good. We were very pleased with the suite and the woman who did the house keeping. Everyone was very polite. We’d definitely stay there again. The only exception was the suite we stayed in had a buzzing noise every 45 to 60 seconds. Other than that everything was superb!

Good spot in Sachsenhausen
This hotel was a nice surprise. It is located in a quiet area, about a 15 minute walk to the busier area of Sachsenhausen and the river and then over that it's a short further walk to downtown Frankfurt. Good room, value for money. But the two best highlights are the view from the lively rooftop bar in the evening and the very good breakfast in the same place in the morning. Would stay again.

Amazing place to stay in Frankfurt close to downtown and the breakfast was amazing. Nice views from the rooftop and the staff were amazing and catered to any need!

The hotel is really clean. My only gripe is that the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat wave during our stay. Otherwise, love the location. There’s an Aldi right outside the hotel and lidl just a block away.

Good: The room was very nice. Clean and roomy. The restaurant's food and breakfast were very good with a good selection for breakfast. The drinks were on point. Service was great and very helpful. The nice young woman helped with directions and explained the process for everything and dealt with the router outage. Also the property is convenient to walk to multiple restaurants in the area along with a street that has multiple restaurants with different culinary types. Bad: The dinner prices were a bit more than should be and the menu needs to be expanded a bit. There really isn't a lot to choose from for dinner. The parking is weird. Unless you know to push a button at the gate, and there is a rope you have to pull to get out kind of strange, but I understand. It's Frankfurt and I'm sure security is a big deal there. We did have to deal with a router outage which we could not get service for a bit, but it was addressed within 2 hours. Miscellaneous: Overall, very nice place to stay and close to the airport.
