Overall was ok,excepted the tower was too old the white color turned to yellow was unpleasant to use. There is only hotel restaurant in that area nothing more to choose and the menu choices was too small either,furthermore even not many guest still too slow for the service, had to waited very long time until they served

The enter to the parking garage was very tight. I would recommend renting a small car.

It’s a good place to stay close to the airport. The staff is super friendly and the property is fine. However the lobby needs work. It’s a strange set up. It feels like you are walking into a basemanent instead of a Hilton lobby. Other than that it was a good stay.

Staff was very rude on check in and check out. It's an airport hotel; it shouldnt be unreasonable for me to ask for them to keep our bags stashed for a couple hours before our room would be ready. The shuttle was convenient but very busy in the morning and a lack of a lineup or reservation made it frustrating.

We stay here twice a year when transiting between Seattle and Warsaw. Great easy location to the airport, very nice helpful staff. Shuttle drivers are the best! great helpful guys that. The only thing I would suggest that would be cost beneficial to the hotel, and MUCH better for guests, is to get rid of the goofy hard to understand coffee machines in the rooms. I ruin 5 cups to get one good one. It's costing the hotel, and no benefit over a simple hot water kettle and packet of good instant coffee.

Certain areas in the bathroom was dirty/not cleaned well. The bathroom door would also slam into the toilet repeatedly when open. Shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel not friendly or helpful with loading luggage into the shuttle.
