We stay here when flying in and out of Frankfurt, and we are thrilled with our choice. It is nicely remodeled, staff is outstanding, and they have the most gorgeous and delicious fruhstück I have ever seen. Highly recommended!

Check in was fast and I also like the part where I can extended my check out time to 6pm. Of course that is not free for such along hours. My room is tidy every day, and breakfast is the usual fruits, breads, cheese and hams, etc. The only thing that is not working is the refrigerator. I did highlight to staff and it is not a big deal to me is because I did not use it . Shopping is just a five minutes walk away where there are several restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. U-Bahn station is also five minutes walk away. The place is pretty quiet.

We didn’t get the room with a balcony that we reserved. That was a big disappointment as we had planned to have our dinner out there. The staff was rude about it and the next morning our toilet broke and it took hours to fix it.

Avani is a great option, in a very nice and safe area of Frankfurt, the staff is very well prepared and knowledgable of the area, their staff has multiple nationalities so doesn’t matter the language you speak they will be able to help. Kuddos to Lazaro and Makhtreb they were super accomodating and professional, highly recommended.

Great stay, we stayed for 2 nights and the AC was amazing! Big thank you to Alex who checked us in and gave us a bunch of great sightseeing options for our stay. The room was clean, good shower pressure, nice big tv. The only thing was the bed was just two beds pushed together so if you move around a lot you end up with a crevice in between the two beds. Other than that, awesome experience and would stay again as it is walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars.
