Loved the hotel itself, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Right in front of the train station which is very convenient, only bad part is the area , lots of homeless and did not feel comfortable to walk out at night.

A housekeeping team member entered our room at 7am while we were asleep. Aircon was terrible- very hot. Loud outdoors- music played until midnight. Uncomfortable bed. Check in kiosk was good- lobby and elevator area nice.

Matelas à changer, climatisation bruyante, idée farfelue de mettre une vitre entre la chambre et la salle d'eau... Un pipi en pleine nuit permet de réveiller son partenaire...., propreté très moyenne, de très longs cheveux qui ne pouvaient certainement pas m'appartenir traînaient sur le sol et les coins devaient se rapprocher s'ils voulaient être nettoyés....

Lazy approach to running a hotel
Impersonal self check in with a lengthy form to complete at a terminal which then did not say at the end what the room number was. Just a single pillow on the bed and no spares anywhere. Noisy but entirely ineffective air con. Overall, not really worth it. Booked only for closeness to the station.

It was fine for an overnight. It was right across from the train station and easy. They took their eco policies to another level though. We booked a queen room and when we arrived we noticed there was only 1 pillow. Ok. We ordered 2 more no problem. But we didn’t notice there was only 1 towel and a comforter for 1 person until we were already in bed and then in the shower. Just be prepared if you are not traveling alone to request linens

Check in is a self check in at a terminal...no staff to be seen. We had a room for 2 booked. On our arrival the room was only prepared for 1. My partner had to physically find housekeeping and get towels, a pillow, a blanket. Nevermind, in the morning we discovered that they also forgot to leave complimentary coffee and tea and of course a decond cup.

The air conditioner did not work properly even after calling for help. It would not cool down but the staff did provide us with a fan which helped. Everything else was superb!

Frankfurt station is a terrible neighborhood but if you follow signs inside the train station, you just have to cross a street after exiting the station. Hotel was fine, no big ratings as I feel like they really were short staffed and tried to skimp on everything. One pillow, blanket was smaller then the bed, one tiny bottle of water, most hotels I have too many towels but in this case too late. Safe but super overpriced for what you get.
