Great hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. Personally, I did not enjoy Frankfurt but I did enjoy staying at this hotel and will do so again if I am ever in Frankfurt again.

The staff was great, property was clean, hand full of restaurants, all good eating, just dress to impress, Frankfurt is very sharp dressed, I wish I brought more than jeans and sneakers. No complaint, helpful staff, everyone spoke English around town.

We had amazing time here. The hotel was clean and comfy and good location(near from train station and convenience store). The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good enough for our vegetarian diets. Alfian at reception was super helpful with information and plans about our day trips to Heidelberg and Rudeshiem. We would certainly love to stay here again.
