Exceptional overnight stay. Check-in was quick and staff helpful and welcoming. Train from airport literally stops right at hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and incredibly quiet. Great value for the stay. I’d choose this hotel everytime!

The bottom of the bathtub appeared quite dirty. It seems that the anti-slip pad has accumulated dust over time, which made it look unpleasant and hard to accept. Additionally, during check-out, I was cut in line. While even the guest who cut in line apologized, the staff didn’t say anything—not even a greeting or acknowledgment.

Everyone at the property was very nice. Our room was great with a comfortable bed. The hotel is fairly new and it shows. Special shoutout to the gentleman that checked us in. Extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. We will stay there again when in the area.

Due to our flight delay getting into Germany, we missed our train home and had to book a last minute stay in a hotel. The customer service was really nice and the check in process was smooth and easy. We got there right before the kitchen closed and they still accommodated us so we were able to eat dinner. The hotel was nice and clean as well. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely book with them again
