Decent hotel but hard beds and little A/C

The hotel is nice and clean, but the beds are extremely hard and the pillows are not good. Also the bath products smell terrible - Parsley scented, really! No one wants to smell like food. And the room never got cool. The A/C does not cool off the room adequately.

We had an issue initially at checkin when we were told that our reservation had been canceled even though our room was prepaid. After a few phonecalls by the desk staff, it was sorted out. The room is small, but, clean and great toiletries. The shuttle pick up is great....free from airport to the hotel and 5 e each back to airport. Fabulous breakfast buffet. The staff recommended a German restaurant a short walk away at a campground....the absolute best food. We would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and room clean but the hotel was isolated (only one restaurant across a busy road nearby). The shuttle to the airport is only free one way (airport to hotel) not the other and will cost you $50 the other or similar for a taxi.

It is in the airport area, but you don't hear any airplane noise. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is very good. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but you pay 10 Euros per person to go from the hotel to the airport; there is a similar operation in other hotels in the area. We ordered food delivery to the hotel, the reception staff was very helpful.
