The property is very nice and convenient for when you want to be near the airport. It’s very clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can easily catch a cab outside if needed. The breakfast is nice but a bit expensive, it would be nice if it was included with the price of the room.

Solid three-star hotel, ugly no late-checkout rule
It's not bad, but the management policy is stingy. There's no late checkout even if they have plenty of room. I asked and got very bad instructions to get there. Here are better ones: Take the S8,S9 local train to the first stop in the direction of Frankfurt, which is Gateway Gardens. Purchase the ticket (cheapest one-way Eu 2.25 at time of writing) in the green booths one floor above the level of the platforms. Attention, amazingly at the Frankfurt airport there are no escalators or lifts to the train platforms. Typical German thinking: they miss the forest for the trees. Entschuldigung, but it's true. About the hotel, it's an average three-star hotel. I didn't like that I had to pay for the kitchenette that I didn't use. I despise the no late-checkout policy, which is so stingy. Other reviewers said they had problems with the air conditioning. Ditto here, except for me it was the Fall and I couldn't set the thermostat above 19 oC. I had to take a shower to warm up and to run the hair dryer. The best part was the breakfast. It had a very good assortment of cold and hot dishes, pancakes, fruits, and vegetables. It was better than at four-star restaurants in the Bilbao-San Sebastian Basque region in Spain, where I just came from. This could be a great hotel, but the management is stupid.

Room had not been cleaned. Had to return to the front desk and get a different one. For whatever reason the door wouldn’t lock when we went down for dinner. Menu needed something other than Asian selections. Climate control didn’t work and we were told to open the window. Next to the airport noise.

One train stop from the airport and when you get to the top of the escalator it’s two buildings away. The toughest part was figuring out what track the train was leaving from to head the right direction to get to the hotel (buy a “short trip” ticket from the green machine). Had decent curry at Asia Moon nearby. Love it when the room has a mini kitchen although we didn’t need to put it to use. Good blackout curtains. Slept well and got back to the airport the next morning using the same train system. Easy peasy.

This appears to be a new development, with its own metro stop ("garden") between the airport and downtown Frankfurt. There is indeed a very walkable garden and, at least as concerns Best Western, impeccable service.

Room was very nice n clean . Tried to call before arrival and the woman on the phone pretty much told me she don’t understand me asked me to call back and hung up in my face . I only said I wanted to know about parking in the hotel . The made me go thru all the hoops of checking in . Arrived at the hotel n proceeded to do self check out to find out I still needed a desk representative to help me lol , what’s the point of self check out if I can not create my own key ? Over all 3 stars because of all that . Check out was quick n painless . Thanks

Everything was wonderful except for one thing. The rigid check in time was inexcusable. We were early so gladly sat in the nice lounge for at least 2 hours. However when we went to check in just before 3:00, we were told there was still 7 or 8 minutes before we could get our room keys -at exactly 3:00!! Unbelievable! There were 10-12 groups of people waiting in the lounge & then a big lineup to check in!! Certainly most of the rooms were cleaned by 2:00 & they need to consider flexibility instead of the Gestapo type rigidity.
