Sarah checked me in and was super friendly and accommodating. Thebroom was small but very clean and quiet. The view to the north and the village was very nice. The only thing i dislikes is that the shuttle does not run between noon and 6 pm . This is not represented on expedia and a serious flaw on the platform

One night stay

One nighter after overnite flight, perfect due to airport proximity. Nice walk to small town, the old damn and locks are interesting. The shuttle to airport is convenient wish it ran middle of the day.

I made the mistake of only checking the box for one person instead of two. When I checked in, there was exactly one pillow on the bed, one duvet, and one towel. Trying to get a second towel and pillow was like pulling teeth. The desk clerk was obviously stressed and not very helpful. I eventually got it resolved. I reserved a 7:30 a.m. shuttle to the airport, but there were more people trying to get on who didn't reserve. The shuttle, even though it was large, had us packed in like sardines. Much to everyone's surprise, it stopped at a second hotel to squeeze on even more passengers.

The area is industrial in nature. 30 minutes away on foot from nearest metro station. The breakfast buffet was basic. Room has no fridge or coffee or tea. Airport shuttle has limited hours of operation and there is now to arrange for airport transport as advertised. Costly taxi to and from airport. Description on airport shuttle need to be clarified. From 10:30 to 16:00 no airport shuttle is available. Staff did not care to make any other arrangements. Incredibly very limited restaurant in the area and must travel to downtown Frankfurt for that which is an hour away by foot/train. The facility overall is very nice.
