It’s pretty ran down inside. Outside the environment and nature is nice, but nothing around, which is fine to me. But the biggest dealbreaker is the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, and corridor. Also inside the paint finishes is a joke. And because it was raining we were bothered by the high humidity inside the room, the AC does seem to work / to be able to control that humidity. We felt all the blankets were wet the whole night.

Place is outdated and expensive for what it is but the staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was included but it was disappointing (not many options and eggs tasted so bad they were basically not edible). The gym is also very very small but the pool was nice.

Easy access from the interstate but still very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us great tips for dining and shopping in the area.

Rooms are being painted and bathrooms are being updated and it looks very nice. Renovations are going on during the day and were no bother at all. Pool was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed using it. Breakfast was ok.

Very clearly under renovation. The heating / cooling unit in our room was not working but we were all settled and too tired to move so we just opened the windows and slept like that. Not unpleasant but not what we were hoping for. Entire hotel smells musty. Hope the renovations go well because the staff is lovely.

This best western was under construction yet they still took reservations. I never leave reviews, but since it was such a bad experience I feel compelled. To even enter the doorway on our wing, we had to dodge various construction materials (old tubs, shower doors, sheet rock etc) that lined the hallway and propped the door open all night. The carpet was being ripped up to be replaced so we tripped on the loose material. The room was dated and dirty with dust and grime from all the construction. We all left sick from breathing in the dirt. Maybe this will eventually be nice, but they shouldn’t accept money/reservations while under this amount of construction
