Microwave was not plugged in and there wasn't an outlet for it. Had to carry it to the bathroom counter to plug it in. Toilet would not flush completely

I did not have a great experience this week. Room services were not provided for 2 days. i had to deal with logictic issues ( bathroom not working ) and i have noticed roaches in many instances in the room allocated to me around the toilet. The staff was receptive to my concerns and try to met my demands.

It's worth more stars than it's rating gives and is much more affordable than other hotels in the area that have a higher rating, I encourage a cigarette smoke smell in the hallway, elevator or room. Definitely a place to go and get a piece of mind.

Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, this hotel had a very quick check in, staff was extremely helpful and I was asked what room I preferred rather than just giving me any room although all the rooms were magnificent

We booked a non smoking room on a non smoking floor, we got a room with cigarette burns in the comforter and the smell of cigarette smoke on everything. If we weren’t moving and just need a place to stay for a few hours we would have left. The bathroom door didn’t fully close and the locals who are using this hotel for apartments literally stood outside the door smoking, no care that children would need to walk through their gathering. Worst experience, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
